To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

HondurasThe room had a portable AC and the big is really big (it doesnt show in the photos about this) we make a complaint and they change to a room that had an AC for all the room.
The location was perfect, we had a supermarket 24 hours in front and also a Mall and a lot of restaurants.

Breakfast became a bit boring after a while, but is consistent. There could be more vegetables. I was able to eat vegetables only two times in 14 days, but there is always fresh fruit.

Very clean and comfortable with all you need in the kitchen to make small meals. Cups, glasses, knife and fork etc. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and a little different each day. Supermarket next door and great shopping mall across road

BahamasMost of Estellar staff did not speak English which was a bit challenging, but they did their best to assist us even if they had to go to google to translate . Also it would be nice to put a washer and dryer in the apartment because we were there for 22days and there was no place for us to wash in the building nor anywhere nearby.
