We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ColombiaThe hall and inside of the room was completely dirty. The bathroom was the worst. There was hair and durt everywhere especially in the shower area and behind the door, that was disgusting. The room has a blackout which is good to keep it dark, but if you open it during the day, there is no privacy at all, a light curtain is needed. Breakfasts is also bad. You can only choose one beverage either cold or hot, if you want for example coffee and orange juice it has an additional price. You can't order, for example, fried eggs with wholemeal bread, just the combination they have, otherwise you are charged extra money.
By and large it was fare. The location is good, it is a nice area, and there are some 24/7 convenient stores nearby. The rooms were comfortable.

United States of AmericaWell during my stay the bed that I was sleeping in wasn't the most comfortable I would say. The bed felt like I was sleeping in the woods. The breakfast service could've been better as having meals sent to my room for a more personalized experience.
I enjoyed that there was a restaurant near the hotel. The staff was professional and always ready to help whenever I asked a question. The area was quiet and safe based on my stay. The pool area is clean and someone is there to attend to the guests if they are in need of something. Based on my stay I say this is more of a family-friendly environment.
