Unfortunately couldn't use the jacuzzi as much as we had wanted because of power outages. The stairs to get up to the restaurant a few times a day was a bit much. Would be tough if someone had a bad knee or something.

Beautiful room and great location. Staff were friendly. Cocktails were great. Burger was very good. Easy walk to the waterfalls.

The walk up to the rooms and/or the restaurant and pool we’re very steep in the rooms did not have air-conditioning.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly, and the location was absolutely gorgeous. You really feel immersed in the jungle at this location.

I would have used the pool and bar more if it wasnt large tall 90 stairs to get from our room to the pool/bar.. But thats part of the vibe of the property is being built up in the nature :)

Beautiful property a 15 minute walk to each of the waterfalls in the area. Our room was a good size, bed was comfortable, and jacuzzi was great. The staff was very helpful, friendly and communicative. Breakfast was large and delicious.

The hotel is very peaceful, it’s well located in between two waterfalls that you can walk to and the room is comfortable. The food is really tasty and the staff are helpful - I would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxed few days I. Minca!

The only issue we found is the sound proofing of the rooms can be improved.

Incredible setting and design, the staff were very friendly and the food was really good! We ate here several times. The pool area was also very nice to relax by, and bedrooms very comfortable.

Breakfast was good but my boyfriend decided to pay for one of the breakfasts instead of getting the one that was included in the price, but when he got it, it was almost exactly the same as the one I had but just with a bit of bacon - so definitely not worth the money. When we left we ordered a taxi through reception (which was a jeep first then a taxi) but the taxi was with a really bad driver and my seatbelt didn’t work. Not the hotel’s fault, but I’d recommended getting some taxi drivers on a roster that are vetted.

Lovely setting right amongst the trees, close walk to waterfall but beware if it’s hot you’ll get pretty sweaty on the walk up there! Lovely food but a little pricey. Short mototaxi trip from town which was great but also fairly pricey. WhatsApp with reception was really easy and the staff was really attentive with requests etc.

The road to get there is definitely 4X4 material, but that's how it remains so secluded and natural. Also there are alot of steps to climb to get to your room (luckily we had a room that was close to the pool and restaurant). They helped us carry our bags up the first night, which was a godsend. But to have that view, the steps are a small price to play. The mosquitoes can be bad, but wear lots of repellent and long sleeved shirts and pants after dusk.

This hotel is nestled in paradise. The staff are extraordinary and went out of their way to help us from the first moment we arrived. Nelly at reception, along with her male colleague (forgot his name) were very responsive and helped us when booking a bird watching excursion. The food and cocktails (made my Ray and other restaurant staff) were delicious. It's a little remote, so having a good restaurant is definitely a plus! The hostel is a relatively close walk to two waterfalls, which are nice to visit and offer a refreshing swim after walking through the heat. We would definitely go back!

Just a few small things. There was no blow dryer in the room and the wifi would cut out from time to time (but maybe understandable since you are in the jungle).

We had 3 nights here, staying in one of the rooms with a jacuzzi on the patio. We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were fantastic, with walls of glass giving you a view of the forest, while also being situated for privacy. The bed was very comfortable. We used the jacuzzi a few times and really enjoyed it. The pool area was very nice and connected to the bar/restaurant. The food might have been the best part. Every meal was delicious, and there are lots of options to choose from. We hope to come back one day and highly recommend it.

We loved the room overlooking the jungle, the beds were really comfortable the shower had a lovely view. The food was incredible and the staff were all really friendly and helpful and made us feel really comfortable. The Chef Yeiner Orozco was amazing his food was delicious and his customer service was excellent thank you for making our stay so special.

They're a new hotel so there are some teething issues. Some issues can't be helped like the fact that it is quite a distance from the town itself. So we had to pay 15,000 COP each, each way for a mototaxi any time you wanted to do laundry, get snacks, eat somewhere else, or even buy water as we had to on our first night because they had no water on the property. There were also ants in our room and a bit of a smell of damp in the bathroom.

The location is beautiful. The room and the whole hotel look great and the staff were all excellent. The food was very tasty, and it was great to have a pool to cool off in. Overall a very nice stay and we really enjoyed being there.
