We came here after 35km hike in the evening. Officially, breakfast are not served, however, when the owner of the property saw us, he organized breakfast for us - very large and tasty for very small fee. All the staff was amazing, helpful and we had a great evening in the restaurant, which is part of the pension (btw, pizza and beer were excellent!). I was very positively surprised and it was one of the best moments of our trip. This was definitely one of the best customer-oriented approach I have encountered during my numerous trips. thank you!

I booked the Gradium due to its proximity to the train station. It was only 2 blocks away - very easy walk. The hotel from the outside doesn't represent how clean and beautiful it is inside. The staff was over the top helpful, the room was oversized in comparison to most European hotels, and it was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to stay and highly recommend it to all travelers!

Big, comfortable beds. Big rooms. Decent windows with strong noise reduction. Easy access to the apartment. Grocery stores nearby. Fast food restaurants nearby.

Toilet seat was not fixed well. Toaster was missing for us from the kitchen. The shower cabin was too complicated to use.

it's just next to the florenc bus station so it's very convenient if you travel by flixbus. staffs are helpful.

the bunk bed is soooo short in terms of height, if you sit on it you'll have to bend your head very low and it's very uncomfortable. also the bar is very noisy so you'll have nowhere to rest if you go back to hotel before sleeping time. also there's no lift and i had to carry my luggage straight up to 4th floor.

We had a good one night stay. The neighborhood was quiet and we could sleep with an open window. Check in worked well, breakfast was simple but tasty and it had all we needed. Thank you for hosting us!

Quicker response to the e-mail could get the guests some more ease! I was a little worried about lack of response to sending the documents required to accommodate us. Toilet paper was not even a full roll and the trash bin was not empty as we arrived - these could be little improvements. All in all was good.
