Food at the restaurant was pretty mediocre. Breakfast was fine, but for other meals we preferred the other restaurants nearby. Not a big problem though, as there were plenty of options.

Pool and gym were really nice. When we arrived they didn’t have the room with 2 double beds that I’d booked, but realized the error immediately upon seeing our family of 3. They didn’t miss a beat and got a twin bed (not a rollaway, an actual bed) added to a king room for us. There was plenty of space for it, and the room was fantastic. Huge bathroom, small front patio, exactly what my family needed for a relaxing stay. Location is great, right across the road from the beach and a short 15 min walk into town. Easy access to lots of things to do and places to eat.

The rooms are nice, although they could use more lights. The breakfast buffet was good. We used the pool and fitness center, which are both nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant where the food is tasty and reasonably priced.

Beautiful location and on the beach however the staff were miserable and annoyed by us tourists which made the atmosphere feel very unpleasant and not welcoming and that's what ruined the ratings for us. Otherwise, it's a decent stay, kinda old school but manageable.

Rooms need upgrade/remodeling; especially the bathroom area. Wall was moldy and shower area needed a little attention and care. Sheets and towels looked old and worn out. Details around the property appeared overlooked. The reception/ front desk area definitely needs some work.

Beautiful location in the Caribbean side on gorgeous grounds with lots of vegetation, flowers and animals. Pool area was very inviting and breakfast was good.

You have nothing in the room: no fridge, nothing to boil some water, no tv, not even shower gel or shampoo (just 1 soap).

I believe there are small details related to maintenance that could be improved, the floor from the showers near the pool could use some cleaning, when we flushed the toilet water would come out in drops from the tank, one of the beds felt like it was broken depending on where we sat. Other than that, everything was great.

Its on the bech. Nice pool. For shore beat place in Cahuota. Could improve cleaning for the price but ok for the place. Nice beach in front but also go to playa blanca (cahuota park) 10 mon walk.

Room #2 connects thru the roof with the bathroom of a Nextdoor room, so we could hear everything. The bed was supper uncomfortable and sounded like it needed to be changed asap. Breakfast was awful. Great location but I not worth it.

Couldn't really sit outside our room as it was not private but we were happy on the beach or by the pool.

We loved this place and didn't want to leave! Excellent location, lovely atmosphere, generous breakfast and friendly staff. A great pool too. Right near the beach so great for watching the sunrise and for chilling with a beer in the evening. Our room was spotless and huge. I just loved the unpretentious atmosphere here.

Very spacious and clean room. Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel has even an outdoor fitness equipment-perfect. The position of the hotel is very nice, walking distance to the Cahuita National park. We enjoyed our stay at Atlantide Lodge.

We had to take another accommodation at another hotel on our first night because of a mix up with their reservations system. The cleaning staff were very slow and not very thorough. The pool area needed some grooming of the plants and the concrete lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. No tvs

Many, many begging (stray) dogs on the property. Most enployees did not really care about the guests, except for the tall guy working at the bar and one of the receptionists. The room, the pool and public toilets were dirty. The bed was queeking a lot, almost falling apart.

The first impression of the hotel is good, the location is perfect.
