The beds were pretty hard, and the shower could have drained a little better.

Pool was clean, relatively large, and a good temperature. The included breakfast was great. The staff was excellent - super helpful in answering my questions and patient with my stilted Spanish.

Small room.

Aging hotel but very very clean. New beds. The inside yard is gorgeous with nice pools. I would definitely go back. Good breakfast. The outside looks ordinary.

The signage to the hotel is quite difficult to see from the street

Right from the time I checked in until I checked out I was treated very well by staff members. The room was clean and comfortable. I requested early check in and that was not an issue. Thank You

Our rooms (not all of them) faced the direction of the street and therefore some of the passing motorcycles or cars made a lot of noise that made it hard to sleep at night. The rooms are all in all functional, nothing more nothing less.

The garden is very pretty, the iguanas are fun to watch and the pool is refreshing and in late afternoon it is in the shades. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Lovely grounds with 6 foot iguanas all around. Place was recently flooded as we were back in Florida from back to back hurricanes. So we had new beds, and they were fixing up the place. Really nice staff.Nice pool for laps

The wifi kept disconnecting. The walls and floors were dirty. Other guests spoke loudly and played music on their phone outside my room for 3 hours (7pm -10pm). I told hotel staff but they did not say anything. My parents who were next door and could hear everything said no one came by. I had to tell these guests to be quiet on my own thankfully they complied. The courtyard was in clear decline, with the paint on the wooden posts along the corridors was chipping away, and the posts themselves were cracked or missing. The courtyard also looked poorly kept and dirty. It's really a shame because this property has a lot of potential.

The rooms looked modern and updated. The bathroom had hot water. The AC worked perfectly. The courtyard was beautiful at night.

Wish they had the fridge in the room.

Nice relaxing place with a beautiful garden space. (We stayed in March so it was dry but could easily imagine how amazing it would be in the different time of the year) The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very convenient location just off the highway, right next to two super markets, and lots of places to eat within walking distance.

The ambiente is more of a motel. The WiFi was not very strong in our room.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The shower had good pressure. It's located near a bigger road, so it's easy to stop by when traveling towards the beaches. The pools look nice, but we did not use them.

The large pool, beautiful courtyard with many plants and a/c made it extremely comfortable. The included breakfast had good options. The afternoon/evening receptionist was so kind and helpful! Kudos to the he young man!!

Initially we were given room 37. An extremely noisy air conditioner unit caused us to return to the front desk to ask for another room. We were given room 36. Room 37 was given to another client without the a/c unit being repaired. The noise was lessened for us, however we cannot the new client enjoying the noise.

Location to our convention venue, food shopping and restaurants. The swimming pools were a delight given the hot climate.
