The whole space is very clean, looks new and well maintained. The staff are so polite and always with smiles and very helpful. The bed, linens, shower… superb.. Walking distance to bus station. I highly recommend.

The entire layout (reception, eating area, pool - swim & deck and room) was spacious and pleasing to be in. All the staff were awesome and extremely helpful answering questions especially assisting us exactly where to go to meet our tour guide. They were always asking us if there was anything more they can do for us. They had secured parking. We did not need to move or worry about our vehicle during our entire 3 night stay. The meals were delicious too.

CanadaWe didn't like Limon but we loved the hotel. If I may be very picky, the bathroom didn't have a toilet paper dispenser and hooks to hang towels would be nice. Also, there was animal feces near the floor of the outdoor shower in the morning that should have been cleaned up before the pool was opened. Overall, it was great.
Considering the state of the town of Limon, this hotel is a hidden gem. We would not have stayed in Limon if not for this hotel. The renovations are beautiful and the interior designers did a great job in my opinion. The pool was wonderful. The food was delicious. The sangria was superb and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. We stayed 2 nights and got full use of the pool and the restaurant. Our room was perfect. We have no complaints. We would stay here again but chance of visiting Limon again are slim.

We just needed somewhere safe to stay to break our journey from Manzanillo to Poas and this hotel did the job perfectly. Lovely room, good breakfast.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. A/C and WIFI worked well. The staff was very professional and very helpful to us facilitating an early breakfast and arranging transport so we could make a tour we had booked. Also got a great dinner recommendation. Secure car parking is a big plus.
