It’s all bout the view . Just stunning . Tall glass windows and doors and you wake up to a beautiful Mountain View with clouds dancing around them . We also saw quite a bit of wildlife just in the trees outside of our terrace . Also absolutely amazing professional and extremely helpful front desk staff . They gave us the best recommendations for how to get around town , where to eat , where to park , helped us book activities during our stay . Top notch customer service , kind and very helpful .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved the views, the staff were fab and having a kitchen was great as you could just eat in and enjoy the views! We also got laundry done and it was reasonable $6 a kg and smelt lovely. The lovely town of Santa Elena is a short drive away and a well stocked supermarket is just a short walk. If I ever came back to Monte Verde I would definitely return here.

Not a negative, but there is no breakfast on site. Lots of places nearby or cook at home.

Huge 2 bedroom, kitchen, and dining area with 2 bathrooms. 3 minute drive to local town. Supermarket across the road. Super friendly staff helped us with tours, walks, where to eat. The views are amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rainbow Valley Lodge. The Bungalow was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the valley. The staff were also really kind and helpful in providing recommendations and support in booking different excursions for us. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Lock on window was broken, they told us they ordered a new part and it would arrive the next day. We were there 3 nights and it was never fixed.

Beautiful area with wonderful views. Comfortable bed. The women in reception were great about recommending restaurants and helping us make reservations for the areas attractions.

The shower temperature - it didn't get warm

Beautiful view from our room, really friendly staff on reception who went the extra mile, giving us local advice and leaving us a bottle of wine in the room for our honeymoon. Great location - 15 minute walk into town or 5 minute taxi. Laundry service available, which was quick and easy. We were concerned about having no A/C in June, but very comfortable just with fan.

With behind high up in the mountains, there is a strong wind that can be heard. Also, there isn’t any air conditioning, which isn’t really needed depending on how you prefer your room temperatures.

The views are absolutely breathtaking. It feels like the place should be a secret. The rooms are large and comfortable. It’s easy to get to all of the places of interest. In fact, reception will give you a really easy to follow map on how to get to those places.

The amount of pans to cook with could have been more. The lighting in the room could have been better/ brighter and more hooks would have been useful. But the room was great overall!

Great location, amazing views into the valley, we saw lots of local wildlife - mainly birds, including toucans from the balcony. The place was quiet and easy to get to town. The staff at the accommodation helped us to arrange transfers for local reserves and using the laundry service!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lodge and would highly recommend it. The room was spacious and featured a well-equipped kitchen, plus breathtaking mountain views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to leave. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The views from my bed was pristine. Felt at home with kitchen being equipped with everything essential. Had a small patio to ourselves to enjoy the morning tea. They even had dogs that would run into your lap to greet you in the mornings. A lovely sunset with twin rainbows was the highlight of the stay
