To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We stayed at Ajax Hotel from 8-9 of April. When we were checking in, the receptionist told us that we got upgraded to an executive room. The room was very spacious and modern, with a magnificent view of Limassol and hotel's outdoor pool, as we were on the 5th floor. The room was shiny clean as well as every part of the hotel. We also visited the indoor pool and the jacuzzi, a really good place to relax in Ajax Hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a 4 and 5 star hotels combined. It had everything you can imagine. Even fish fillet, pancakes, oat meal, and many different breads to choose from. There's also a table that has traditional Cypriot food, such as haloumi pie, olive pie, tahini pie, Cypriot delights, and rose squash. The best part was 1 hour before checking out. Our room door knocked, and they told us that they were coming from the restaurant. When I opened the door, I saw a lady with a champagne and she asked me, "Who's birthday is today?" Well, yes, it was my birthday. They may find it out from my ID that I gave them upon arrival, as I didn't tell anything to anyone about my birthday. She gave me her warmest wishes and gave me a complementary champagne as a gift from the hotel. This is something I'll never forget, and it definitely gave Ajax a special place in my heart. This hotel surpasses a lot of 5 star hotels. I'm so glad I decided to turn 20 at Ajax Hotel.

PolandI had just a one tiny shampoo (one time use) for the whole stay and no conditioner for hair. So I had to buy it by myself. The lightning is poor I went to the balcony to do a makeup.
