It was expected, but didn't bother us much - there is no beach nearby, but a somewhat rocky entrance to the sea. I think for those who come from abroad and stay for 6-7 nights, it's worth renting a car for 2-3 days to travel to Corral Bay, Paphos Waterpark, etc, to get the most from the trip

The hotel was renovated and opened its doors just a few months ago, so everything is fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great choice of drinks and food for an all-inclusive. The family room was quite large. The swimming pool is large and ranges from 5cm on one end to deep on the other end. Additionally, there's a second pool specifically for volleyball play. Overall, it was a great stay, though just for one night.

The shelves and drawers were dirty. The room was cleaned only on the 3rd day, after contacting the reception. The "Cleaning" button near the door did not work.

The room is big enough for a family of 4, comfortable beds; nice & large pool, delicious food

If you are not All inclusive it is very expensive to buy snacks or drinks. It seems that almost everyone is with All Inclusive so being not part of them is not the best experience. Not many cleaners, having to wait extra 2 hours for check in, the room was smelling beer when we entered even it was freshly cleaned.

Large and renovated rooms. Huge pool which even overcrowded it had space for all. Nice kids playground and grass area above the sea views. Friendly staff and nice facilities for entertaining kids. Has kids pool and a big area with swallow water. Comfy large beds, sofa bed ready for sleeping (not very comfortable).

If you want a towel for the pool you have to give deposit 10euros cash. That's problem when you don't have Cash.

A renovated hotel, we were three families and it was really good, good value, I would definitely consider going back there again Recommend I was there last week and I lost a gold bracelet, it is very important to me so if anyone finds it I would be happy to send me a message to jere555m@gmail.com

Spa/gym area needs some work/improvement. Will be nice to have some ready snacks in the afternoon for the all-inclusive at the pool bar (although they can prepare for you if you ask).

Cooled swimming pool.

Room a good size family room, very clean and comfortable. Pool very nice, quite warm as outside air temperature very warm and no direct easy access to sea to cool off in, but this comes with the territory of a summer holiday in Cyprus. Food very good, staff friendly, good entertainment in the evenings.

For a family with a 9 month of age baby it was difficult to move. There were stairs everywhere and no ramps.

the only "negative" we can say is the deposit for the towels that since we did not carry cash with us, we had to find atm to provide.

the room was completely renovated as most of the facilities. The pool was really clean and the service amazing. The pool bar was available for really long time offering snacks and ice creams. The buffet was rich with amazing well cooked food and sweets.

I didn’t like anything , the service even for Handycap was terrible , the room is not clean , the way reaching the rooms are bad , each building doesn’t has an elevator ! It was a big mistake reserving there !

Absolutely appalled by my stay at Eleni Holiday Resort. My family and I stayed one night (16th–17th August 2025) and were subjected to raw sewage flooding our room at 4–5am. Excrement and urine came bubbling up through the bathroom drains, spreading into the room and forcing us to walk through sewage with our toddlers. The smell was unbearable, the room uninhabitable, and my children’s shoes had to be thrown away. I raised this as a formal complaint with full photo/video evidence, yet the hotel has completely ignored me. This shows total disregard for guests’ health, safety, and basic decency. Since the hotel has failed to respond, I will now escalate through Booking.com for a refund and also file a complaint with the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service and the Deputy Ministry of Tourism. Stay here at your own risk – utterly disgraceful service and customer care
