Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

All was above my expectations for the money paid. Rooms were clean and everything required for an apart hotel. Reception staff were fantastic and so the bar man. Breakfast very good and very reasonably priced with good service. I could not fault this hotel in any way.

Nice big clean apartment with a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen There was a crack in the bath covered up with a mat but everything else was in very good condition The pool area possibly doesn't get any sun but the beach is nearby and absolutely beautiful Handy for the shops, restaurants and also the supermarket Just to note, there isn't a lift if you have trouble with stairs. Overall, a brilliant place to stay for the price

A shortage of some kitchen utensils eg no tin opener or sauce pans The hotel stopped serving meals at 16.30pm

The pool wasn't as clean as normal and also low on water
Have been here a few times and always friendly staff. Rooms are clean, up to date. Only 100 metres from Coral Bay main strip.

Everything was great, but perhaps a wee microwave in the apartment would help, and access to cable/sky TV would enhance the experience.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Female travelling alone I felt very safe.

Nothing really to dislike, if I was being hyper critical just a little bit of TLC in places.
Great location, good service, nice room and great value for money would definitely go again Wife loved the shower and the welcome basket

Some maintenance issues with the room and limited food offering on site. Poor free WiFi signal.
Small, friendly hotel in good location close to numerous restaurants and an excellent supermarket. Beach a 10 minute walk away. Hotel has a nice pool, bar and a small gym. Spacious one bed apartment recently updated.

The only thing that let it down was the fact that smoking was aloud in the bar and reception area that was adjacent to the dining area, so unfortunately, we never ate there
Accommodation was very good ,staff pleasant and helpful. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance great for a few days away

Location is amazing but our main love about this place is that we get such a warm welcome every time. They must see SOOO many visitors throughout their season but they never forget you and always FABULOUS customer service. The lights in the apartments are very quirky and feels like a home-from-home after you're there for a day's. HIGHLY RECOMMEND in more ways than we could mention. The staff.are a credit to Stavros and if visiting, Neo's (also owned by Neptune) is a must with delicious food and comfortable surroundings. Don't all pile in though, it's our 'best kept secret' that we recommend to everyone when in Peyia area 😊
