Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BelgiumIn general, this is a detailed list but nothing critical. It's first of all pricey. We noticed some bullying and “im superior” towards younger staff (only by some superiors) but the staff is mainly wow. From Yuri the luggage man to the customer service to the housekeeping staff to the bartenders to the restaurant assistants, all were really a pleasure to be served by. The mediocre dishes (taste wise) of the main restaurant, the abundance of pigeons shitting in your coffee at breakfast (no, really, it happened!) the abundance of English guests (every 3 days we witnessed loud fighting or loud partying late at night.. ) , the lack of variety at breakfast, cold dishes and in the restaurants served too quickly upon each course. The lack of a babysitting service. The lack of Dutch animation, quiz questions that only English people can understand. Evening entertainment is mostly a cover band. A bit more variety in types of show would have been nice. A suggestion: to fix the "pigeon shit" issue, i'm sure you can find weather-resistant spikey tapes like VOSS Prickler Strips that you can tape on top of the wooden bars in the restaurant. Easier than the failing nail system and will for once and for all remove the "shitty experience" by some;)
pools, sunbed system, italian greek and international speciality restaurant, staff, some specific staff;), the pirate boat, amaretto sour when made properly, the junior suite for having a baby, the junior club - although we couldnt use it now it looks awesome, the pasta a la minute, milkshake and ice bar, a very professional "All Stars" animation team. Also well located, a bit off the busy noisy center, close to a nice beach, easy to reach by highway, soccer and tennis fields (although unusable in a heatwave). Availability of a free creche for 4 hours a day (although it's not easy for non-English speaking toddlers to adapt here as for example our 2y old toddler's native tongue is Dutch) Actually too much to write down here in a few sentences. I strongly recommend the hotel, IF the price matches.

United KingdomWe asked for two adjacent rooms and got 204 and 205 but the hotel numbering system is a bit strange and these two rooms were not adjacent. There are plenty of sun beds but you are allocated your sun beds on arrival and can’t choose where to sit. Some other odd rules in the pool, for example any type of round ball is ok but not a foam rugby ball.
The hotel has plenty of space, attractive designed, and rarely feels crowded. Excellent meals at the main restaurant.

IsraelOur only complaint? The number of souvenirs we had to take home with us... They added quite a bit of weight to our suitcase on the way back!
I stayed for a week at this resort with my 13-year-old daughter, and it was truly above and beyond anything we expected. The hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and every staff member—from reception to housekeeping to the bartenders—made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Although our room was a bit further out, everything was still within a short 5-minute walk. The food was excellent and varied, with seven restaurants on-site and long dining hours. We loved the designated adults-only areas, the pools (especially the lazy river), and the proximity to the beach and local attractions. The personal touches, like having your own table throughout your stay and the friendly bartender who remembered our favorite drinks, made it feel like home. Even at full capacity, the hotel felt spacious and calm. Highly recommended – not just for the facilities, but for the heart and hospitality of the people working there. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to take ANY photos—my 13-year-old daughter wasn’t exactly thrilled about mom turning into a paparazzi. Teenagers, right?

IsraelUnfortunately, the cleanliness of the room did not match the hotel's overall standard. The very low level of cleanliness actually forced me to purchase cleaning supplies outside the hotel and clean the room myself daily. This is certainly not how I expect to manage my stay at a hotel of this caliber. Regrettably, this is the only factor that might prevent me from returning to stay with you.
Wonderful service, excellent food, and fantastic hotel facilities.

IrelandYou have to wear a wristband... That is the annoying part but not sure how you could do otherwise.
Everything and staff are excellent. Lots of different swimming pools (one just for adult) and different restaurants to experience. And with the bus to town it's not far actually. Great location.

IsraelThe sunbed reservation system is awful. We got stuck in a very bad location even though there were plenty of vacant sunbeds near the pool. People reserve best sunbeds for all the stay, but they don’t really use them. It’s not fair!!!! The pool staff really tried to help us, but all the good places were “reserved “. It was a really disappointing pool experience! Indoor pool was cold and not suitable to swim early in April
The staff is amazing! Everyone was very professional and welcoming! The food and the drinks were fantastic! The outdoor space is very quiet and picturesque.

I highly recommend this particular hotel as the overall personal experience was flawless! The hotel has a premium luxury which can afford taking into consideration the perfect service along with all the relevant luxuries they can provide you such as various options with the food. It is worth mentioning which is remarkable that they can serve you particular ice creams and many other unforgettable food choices that you can't even imagine!

United Kingdomsadly, despite putting a travel cot in our room they told us that "no child was included on the booking" - so why they put a travel cot in our room, i've no idea! We then had to pay an extra 22EUR per day to include my daughter which was a disappointing first impression!
the facilities were superb and the food was amazing! We had our room upgraded on arrival too and it was huge with a lovely balcony over looking the pool!

Food is good. Location is good. Territory of hotel is nice. There is kids club for kids under 3 age. Outside playground for kids. They upgraded our room for free. I liked terrace that we had. Big advantage that there is no loud music during the day and no disco in the evening (it was inside, so, no noise for people with kids).
