Great location – the apartment is very close to the sea, which was a big plus for us. The airport transfer at 3 a.m. went smoothly and was much appreciated. Starting with the second day, the WiFi didn't work anymore till the end of our vacation.

The apartment was comfy, equipped with all you need, very clean and near the important points. The host was polite and helpful. I recommend it!

As there is only one key and there were three of us, somebody had to come down to open the door for the others all the time. On the last day we found out that it is possible to open the door with the intercom. You can not reach the flat by calling from downstairs. But if you call by mobile phone and somebody presses the button on the intercom phone, the door will be opened.

Very clean apartment that has everything that we needed. We stayed for the second time and will come back one day. Very close to a big and cheap supermarket “Super discount store”. The way to the beach takes 10-15 minutes and there are many shops on the way. Thanks a lot to the hosts for offering such a nice apt!

I'll start from the beginning. Mr. Panayiotis answered all my questions before the trip. As agreed, for a fee of 15 euros, he waited for us at the airport since we arrived quite late. When we got to the accommodation, he quickly showed us around the house and had prepared two bottles of water for us, which was a very nice surprise. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. All the appliances were functional and spotless, as if they were brand new. We had everything we needed: an electric stove, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and fridge. Wi-Fi and TV were available, and there was air conditioning in every room. The building was quiet, with no noise from the neighbors, and the nearest market was just a 2-minute walk away. All of this makes us want to return to Cyprus and stay with this host again. Thank you!

The owner was very nice, we got lost and he came to pick us up, he gave us recommendations and offered us towels for the beach. The apartment was very clean and well connected and with lots of parking spots around!! Our stay was great :)

Really nice place, it had everything I needed, perfectly clean and location was even better than I imagined. It was perfect, a few minutes from anything. From beach and promenade or any food or local spot I wanted to go to and it was very well connected to places that are far away, like the airport. I even got early check-in even though I didn't ask for it, but really appreciated it when I was offered since I arrived in Larnaca early in the morning.

We stayed for 7 nights and it would have been nice to have been offered clean towels halfway through, we did not ask for any. I think the room may have been a little damp as the towels never fully dried.

Lovely host, great communication before and during the stay. He picked us up from the bus stop by car. The studio apartment is next to many amenities, such as 24 hour bakery, supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants, bus stops and much more. It is in the centre of town and near the beach. The studio and the bathroom are both spacious and there is a little balcony. It was very clean and he left a little welcome bottle of wine for us.

The studii is cosy, very clean and well equipped, even slippers and socket adapter are provided. Nice view from balcony. A lovely, comfortable apartment near the heart of Larnaka. It had everything we needed to cook but we found the temptation of so many good local cafes and restaurants too hard to resist! There is a great 24-hour bakery -Zorbas - a few minutes’ walk away. The host met us at the property and showed us around - so helpful and friendly! We loved our stay here.

We had a great experience. The apartment is large and spacious and you can cook and even do laundry. The owners are lovely, available on WhatsApp and did everything they could to help us. The location is great and the price is great. Highly recommend
