Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed in lower floor could be more comfortable.
Very good villa with garden. Big enough for 6-8 people. Easy to find the place: We have everything we need in the place. Good decorations with county style. The host think about everything to have a good and comfortable vocation. Coffee maker, dishwasher, all kitchen merchandise, laundry , towels, beach towels and more. Location very good if you have a car. Restaurants near the place. Good value! Hardly recommend

If u are builder u will see some minuses, but it not make sense to your stay🙂
Great place to stay in Paphos.Not near to sea, but no problem if you rent a car🙂, 10 mins and u are on the beach. House was clean and, little garden outside and barbeque place.

The house was very clean. Mr Panayotis was very responsive and polite. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and not too packed. The garden was incredible and fenced so we enjoyed most of our time outside relaxing. The interior was very cozy and traditional. All amenities required to cook etc were included. The cats outside were friendly and our dog was not even alarmed by them

I was very pleased with my stay in these apartments. The large and spacious rooms were equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including air conditioners, which were especially useful during the hot days. Although the appliances weren't new, they worked well and fulfilled their purpose. One of the nice perks was the small courtyard on the property, where I could relax outdoors. This added a special touch of coziness to my stay. It was important for me that I could arrive by car — the apartments are conveniently located with good parking. There are shops, cafes, and transport links nearby, making the location especially convenient. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions. I would happily return here again and recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

Excellent location and very quiet area! Very clean, spacious and airy. Nice resting space in the back garden! Well maintained and fully equipped. Bedrooms have enough space for personal items. Five stars!!!

Everything was perfect and wonderful
It was a very comfortable house with all the necessary things (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, lots of cutlery, dishes, etc.) We felt like we were in our own house The apartment has 4 bedrooms each with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms (one with bath and shower and the other with With shower In addition to the bedroom there is a large living room with three sofas connected to a large kitchen from which there is access to the terrace and the small garden. On the upper floor, an extra bed on the balcony. You can close the windows and create an additional sleeping space and we are very happy. An ideal place for a quiet and active holiday, very wonderful. And the owner took care of us all the time I recommend it wholeheartedly and we will return there again

A lovely property in a good location if you have your own transport. Slightly higher than the city, making it a little cooler which was welcome. Plenty of space and good facilities. Would use again if returning.

Villa Nikitas is a very big and clean house, great place for a family trip. Konia hills views are breathtaking, it is perfect starting point to view as much as possible from the beautiful Paphos area. Staff is very nice, kind and always helpful, communication was smooth just as all our stay. Perfect place for calm and active vacation at the same time.:)

part of the beds are much too soft
big and specious house, nice garden, friendly cats. maintenance can improve a bit. but in general you have all required equipment , good kitchen and comfortable sitting room.

A lil bit moldy smell. An AC downstairs will be great. Some furnitures need some renovation.
Its a complete house, great equipments, definitely you dont need anything inside, very great location for quiet and great atmosphere. Lovely cozy of traditional style.

Noisy environment (the house is located at the crossing of two large streets), not clean (floors, joints in the bathrooms...), some missing basic appliances (toaster, coffee machine), lot of cats in the garden entering the house (not an issue for us who love cats but can be for other people especially in case of allergy).
