Perhaps room looking a little tired compared to modern facilitates. - but nothing serious.

We have been to this on two previous occasions. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. There is restaurant so excellent meals available. The apartment is on sea front (almost), so evening meal and breakfast on but breakfast beautiful. Rooms clean and tidy and amenities good, showers washing machine and air con good. All excellent value for the money. Location is excellent.

Quality and age of the furnishing and equipment but that was reflected in the price so no problem for me.

The location is one of the best. Quiet and yet very close to shops and restaurants. Good terrace just back from the sea. Very cheap rental.

Nothing really to dislike . The apartment was a bit "tired/dated" but everything worked.

Great location. It really was very close to the beach. The car park was in between but not really a problem. All traffic was gone by about 5pm. Which made it quiet in the evening/night.

Blind on living room window does not drop all the way down and people can see into room / bed.

Nice location with plenty of equipment in the room for the self catering guests. We only stayed one night and eat with friends at another local restaurant but upstairs was very busy and the food looked good.

The fridge didn't work very well, as it didn't give enough cool. The bathroom sink was stuck, so we brushed our teeth in the kitchen, the bedsheets had holes in them and the room had painting coming off in many places.

The staff was very friendly, the place was quiet and surrounded by nature. There was a clothes drying rack and a couple of chairs outside for sitting. The place was quite clean and the room was spacious. The airconditioning worked very well. There was also a big parking lot with the option to park in the shade.

I don't have anything negative about the apartments but I do have some issues with the general organisation of Pissouri bay and Pissouri old village so I am writing them down as warnings for tourists not to be fooled that these two areas are the same because they are NOT. And also to raise awareness for the endangered wildlife of the Pissouri area. 1. A way of transportation between Pissouri old village to Pissouri bay. You basically have to drive through the highway to reach Pissouri old village and there is no way around this. The property is absolutely perfect for the price you pay but if you don't have your own means of transportation you are basically stacked in Pissouri bay which is a tourist area thus more expensive. And taxi drivers in Cyprus charge a lot unfortunately. We couldn't find any information about buses or mini buses going back and forth to Pissouri's bay <=> Pissouri Old village. 2. From the apartments and if you go to the beach and you walk all the way to the left there is a beach full with turtle nests of green sea turtles and kareta-kareta turtles. Unfortunately there is no official conversation effort to educate the masses (but there is voluntary work to protect the nests). SoS Always use precaution from the scorching sun and high humidity levels of Cyprus.

The apartments are on a flat level with a small veranda. They are equipped with everything that a small house has to offer, a refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a fully functional shower and toilet, wardrobe for the clothes, dining table, a comfortable bed, TV and a working air-conditioner. (There is also a boiler for hot water should you need it but we didn't use it because the water is warm enough from the solar panels). The apartments are nearby to the beach, approximately ~2 mins of leisurely walk. Basically between the apartments and the beach there is a huge public parking place so as long as you cross over you will arrive at the seaside. Above the apartments there is a tavern with fresh seafood which we haven't tried but other renters have told us that the food is very good and quite cheaper than the other restaurants in the area. We will definitely try it the next time we get there. PS: The seaside is fully organised with a lifeguard, free showers and beds and umbrellas which you can rent but it's also ok to bring yours. The seaside also has many pebbles but after walking a meter towards inside the sea it becomes sandier. Also some areas of the beach are sandy. The sea itself has a lot of waves thus it looks dirtier the nearer you are to the shore but it is crystal clear when you go to the deep. As of depth, the sea gets deeper very quickly and in a short distance from the shore and depth becomes quite steep very early (as if you're taking big steps). Additionally the temperature of the water was always cold which was good for the scorching sunny weather of Cyprus. There are several water sports you can try there should you feel more adventurous. The small forest of Pissouri bay makes up for a great escape for casual walk and also the Cave of Saint Spiridonas' healer of all children is nearby (approximately 10 mins walking time). SoS Always use precaution from the scorching sun and high humidity levels of Cyprus.

Brilliant location, literally 1 minute walk to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff in all areas of the business. Really nice to have a "terrace". Pissouri is a lovely village. Very relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money.

The fridge is very loud and the extra bed is uncomfortable.

The location is great. Directly at the sea. You can even see the sea from the bed. The price/performance ratio is also ok.

The mattress is a minus. It was very worn out and should be renewed.

We had a wonderful time at Yialos apartments. Looking out from the bed on the clear sea and  beautiful old trees was a pleasure to wake up. We didn't see the parking lot in between as such, since there were hardly any cars in sight in the low season...Our focus is on the sea, the cliffs and the birdsong. Wonderful!The apartment is quite large and equipped with older but cozy furniture. If we needed something, the friendly landlords were always there. In the village there is a supermarket with fresh fish and meat counter and a bakery. The cliff hike up to the village is beautiful, good footwear is recommended.
