Staying in this First Republic villa was truly a unique experience. It’s a beautiful historic building, very tastefully and pleasantly furnished, with an extremely helpful staff. Breakfast isn’t a buffet but offered à la carte, and it’s really delicious. Plus, it’s really close to the city center, which is a big advantage. I definitely recommend it!

Nothing I didn't like.

Everything was as expected. The location is great if you want to be at a few minutes of walking from the tourists and not in the middle of it. Of course, the free parking space was also an added value.

The old town was right across the street, very convenient. Unfortunately we did not try the breakfast but heard it was great! Very nice stay, we were very happy with this selection.

The breakfasts!! You could choose from a selection of cooked meals and whatever you chose was lovingly prepared for you and each one we had was delicious. Jonny & Judita were such welcoming, helpful and generous hosts. The room was beautiful. The location is so convenient to the bus station and the old town.

This Villa is conveniently located for a pleasant visit to historic Český Krumlov. Judit was kind to let us store our luggage until our room was ready. The breakfast each morning was exceptional with a variety of offerings.

Everything. The room was super clean, the bedding and pillows were so comfortable. The view from the room was amazing. It is definitely worth to carry luggage to the 2nd floor for the view. The breakfast was the best. It was freshly made to order and delicious. I felt like I was at the very cozy brunch restaurant. The host was very nice and kind. Highly recommended.

The only thing we missed was the elevator. We had to carry two big luggages to the 2nd floor. But it was no big deal for us.

Everything. The location is just 3-5 minutes from the bus station. The room was super clean, and it had everything we needed. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was the best. It was made to order and delicious. The host was very nice and kind. Highly recommended.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like.

They were super nice. The breakfast was delightful and freshly made. They picked us up from the train station and we had a lovely time. The room was pleasant and the pillows were incredible. I've stayed in much more expensive hotels that had worse pillows. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was quite nice.

We loved the quiet location with the small garden. The breakfast was very good - you can order various items from a list. Everything was fresh prepared and delicious. FREE private parking space. 5minutes walk to the old center.

The breakfast was superb and delicious. The host is very friendly and helpful. He provide all the guide and recommendation on local restaurants. We've followed tried the recommendations and its wonderful. We had a great local delicacy and great bear at recommended restaurant call Švejk. We love the location, the room and services. Quite and very relaxing. The host is superb and their breakfast is delicious. We definitely will come back again.

I liked everything about the stay and have already booked a longer return visit in the summer.

Great, quiet location with beautiful views over the town and its surroundings. The owners/managers are friendly, kind and attentive and freshly make everything for a delicious breakfast. The room I stayed in was large and well appointed. Everything is within walking distance, as long as you bear in mind that Cesky Krumlov is hilly and you can manage that.

All of the other reviews are accurate. No BS. Judita and Jonny took exceptional care of us. Made us quite comfortable and at ease as well as at home. It was a nice mixture of guests to chit chat with at breakfast and pick up other hints and tricks. Everything was as described. We want to come back when the weather gets a litte warmer! Jonny knows how to use the fireplace and keep us roasty toasty at breakfast. Thank again! Eveline and Rex
