I used the self service check-in machine [since I arrived past midnight], and this machine gave me the key card, but it does not display your room number, it only prints on a receipt. The machine was empty of printing paper unfortunately, which meant that I could not find out which room is mine and I had to call the 24/7 support. There were no blackout curtains in the room and the Sun penetrated into the room before 6AM. Both of these negatives I consider as minor issues, but a room for improvement.

Cleaning could be better especially bathroom and in swimming pool area. We paid approx 25 euro extra to use the pool after 19:00 which was also a surprise when arriving from a long trip, that pool was not free of charge.

Our room was more basic than expected with Ikea pull out beds and no tea or coffee in the room but bought at a cheap price in the bar. There were some broken tiles on steps and minor maintenance issues but nothing serious

The staff were nice and the hotel was ok. The location is very quiet on the edge of a village so ok for mid journey stay. We ate an evening meal at the hotel which was nice and good value.

Very high level of salt in the meals served at the restaurant. Nothing else really.

Nice and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. The Deluxe Double room with bath - and infrasauna! is absolutely amazing. All facilities are clean and in good function. The breakfast is good, even the coffee which isn't always the case. We hope to come back.

Too soft bed, bathroom was not very clean, breakfast very simple and nobody filled the meal (at 9 there were no eggs and sausages), swimming pool for fee without changing room and too cold water in. In the evevening, long waiting for meal in the restaurant.

It has quite a bit of sloppiness. For example the water in the shower didn't drain properly. Also the power of some outlets seem to stop suddenly, after which I thought my hairdryer was broken. There was no hairdryer at the place in my room as well. Personel don't speak English well and seem a bit uninterested.

The price was great considering all the activities that can be done. The place has a nice vibe and looks really nice.

Voices listen through the walls

Amazing hotel on the street to my home, so i just stay for one night. Room was huge and clean. Special bufet breakfast with 3hot food (eggs,bacon and sausages) and other cold variety, sweets. Restaurant have amazing beer and food, so sure try it. Pitty dont allowed dogs/ NOT PETFRIENDLY (this time i was alone, but i travel the most with them, so sad that i cannot came back) Free parking inside with close gate Sure reccommended to everyone

all the wellness area costs extra money and to use any of the sauna you need to tell them 1hrs before plus the cost of using the Finnish sauna is too expensive for what it is. you can pay the same amount of money for an entrance of a full thermal bath in any other places. not just for the sauna.

location is ok if you are coming from the highway. Bed is comfortable and the bar is good for drinking a beer in the evening .

The hotel looks nice on pictures, but the structure really needs to be renovated. The room was also quite cold during the night. They breakfast is extremely basic. Access to swimming pool and sauna was charged extra, we even had to pay for the towels for the swimming pool.
