Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It would have been good to have some instructions in English on how to use the TVs, plus it would have been good to have English subtitles.
We had already stayed at the hotel for 2 nights the week before and were back to stay for another 2 nights; after we had 4 days in Prague. When we arrived back we continued to feel so impressed with where we were staying. We really liked our room the week before but this time we were given a room with an an adjoining room, plus a bigger bathroom that had 2 sinks and even a bidet, with no extra charge too! We did not want to leave! I also forgot to add in my previous review that you are given a bottle of wine on arrival and there are some nice chocolates waiting for you in your room, as well as some refreshments. All of the staff were very nice and we remember Adela, in particular, for going above and beyond with helping us, and for always being so bubbly and friendly. She even gave us a little gift of some pear liquor and chocolates when we checked out. The hotel has a really nice style to it and it is clean, and the facilities are great. Guests have use of the gym next to the hotel and it is so impressive, I was not expecting this! There is a good choice of foods for breakfast; especially as I am vegetarian. There is a nice bar and you can sit outside in the sun and enjoy a drink. There is also a Tesco close by which has other useful shops, plus it has a food court so this was very handy. We liked the location and it is only a 10 minute drive from where our friends live, so we would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast is 14 EUR which is tooooo much. The greens around the hotel are unmown. It looks pretty messy. The city center is approx. 2 km.
Parking in the garage. The room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff.

The receptionist was very pleasant but could be abrupt when uder stress. Many of the staff seemed shy, perhaps they didn't speak English. As an international language, it would be helpful if they did. The location isn't the best for the immedaiate surroundings but it didin't take long for me to get where I needed to be by taxi.
Nice hotel, good value for money, very clean and the facilities I used were very good.

The location was ok, take the 67 and you will be at the train station fast and close to old town. The facilities were great value for money and spotless. We were very comfortable and welcomed there.

Lovely big room with fridge, kettle and a very comfortable king-sized bed. Very clean and a pleasant atmosphere was created by the attentive staff. Breakfast was also very good!

We thought that the hotel looked great online and it was such a good price. When we arrived we were so impressed that it exceeded our expectations. The staff are helpful, the hotel is really lovely and clean, the facilities are great, and their is a good choice of foods for breakfast; especially as I am vegetarian. We are lucky that we are staying here an extra 2 nights on our return from Prague 😁

They additionally charged us city tax during check in, eventhough I've already paid the full price for stay on booking.com which was listed as "includes taxes and charges". I'm not saying it's the hotel's fault but that info should be synchronized between booking.com and facility itself.
Very good hotel, old school and modern at the same time. Big rooms, very clean, with welcome present. Nothing to point out as "not good" there. I would stay at the same place if again I come to Brno again.

The best hotel we've ever been in so far. They truly care about the needs of their guests. The check-in was really fast and easy, the receptionists were kind and helpful. With checking in, we received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The rooms are really big, and cosy while they represent a simple style but still great. The equipment of the rooms are logical, we can find everything in it, even when you stay for a shorter term like we did. At the breakfast, we also met a really kind and helpful staff, there was a huge choice of food with a great quality and quantity. Also, what's really important as well, the ungerground parking, which is totally free of charge. When we'll be in Brno again, we'll definitely choose this hotel! Thank you for everything!

The hotel looks in need of a renovation, because some parts of the rooms looks run down.
The room was spacious and provided everything that's needed. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The hotel also provides parking + gifted a bottle of wine on arrival.

The room had overcomplicated system with additional room card that would keep the electricity going in the room. The card was missing from the room and it took some time to get to the bottom of it and sort it out. Inconvinient and a bit outdated

If there's a party / event, then depending on your room's location you will here the music in the night. And doors are not very thick, so happy teenager sports teams might be audible through it - but none of that did bother us; probably the hotel would've offered us another room if necessary.
Free parking around the hotel and in the parking garage (max height 2,1m). Standard Rooms are nicely equipped with all you need - we had some work to do and converted one room into our "command center" - works fine. Surroundings of hotel are not very beautiful, but within 5min walk you get to nice old housing areas, a supermarket & apotheke that's open 7days / week, and within 10-15min walk some great bars, bistros, restaurants. ...and if you are into sports, this place is heaven. Directly connected to a huge sports area.

There are old carpets so it can be dusty even is vacuumed. I would always prefer other than carpet flooring.
There was free or in room price included parking on the hotel garage.
