The facility is quite old, so a bit of renovation wouldn't hurt😅 but everything looks clean and nice, so it wasn't a big issue.

Air conditioning unit not on so had to climb on a chair to get it going. It worked but had no remote control so had to keep climbing on the chair to control it.

Lovely welcome and allowed us to check in early. Room a good size and the bed was comfortable. Excellent breakfast that was a real treat.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful - early check in possible without an issue, storage of luggage after check out the same. Staff always friendly and speak good English. I've stayed here multiple times over the last couple of years and all the rooms have been clean and comfortable and with quality fittings. The location is out of the city centre but good access within a minute or two to metro and multiple tram lines.

Good location, spacy room, very clean. The stuff is very positive and polite. The breakfast is very good, too. The property has some parking slots, so if you travel with a car it'll be absolutely helpful. Flexible check-in and checkout hours, even at 04:00 AM you'll be invited without any issues.

Everything was excellent and all requests were met.

Building was old but well maintained and great location. Staff were friendly, spoke very good English and were very helpful. We had trouble with our power converter and they provided a phone charger, we struggled with the tv channels and staff came to our room after her shift to help. Shower was good and had a bath, aircon was good and breakfast was excellent. I have travelled a lot and this is one of the best value experiences I have had. It also had a security combination on the front door which worked well.

No separate shower and the bathtub was a bit narrow. But generally: Absolutely no complaints. Should we return, this hotel will be our first choice.

At our arrival, the staff was very helpful in arranging a parking spot. Our superior double room was cozy, had A/C and the beds were comfortable. Although the windows opened to the street, noise was negligible (There are also rooms opening to a courtyard). The hotel offers a good selection of cold and warm breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere. Other guests consisted of varying age groups and were generally considerate regarding noise on the aisles and the staircase. A Metro station for line "A" is only a short walk away and can be used to go directly to the Old Town and to the Castle (Hrad). Also to the north there are two tram lines and to the south two different ones. Within walking distance of the hotel there is a good choice of various restaurants off the beaten tourist tracks.
