- Although the hotel reception staff were very efficient, I personally would appreciate showing a slightly more welcoming and warm approach (maybe more smiling or friendly expressions). But I understand it's in the culture of the nation not to smile a lot and to act in a sharp way sometimes. - The operation system of the elevator is not good, a lot of times when scanning the card to the sensors it doesn't work. - The baggage board in the room was quite dim, I could really pack or unpack my suitcase there - may be a small coffee machine would be a good idea?

The hotel is extremely clean. Beds are quite comfortable and the air-conditioning in the room was efficient, providing the right ventilation and temperature. It's located in the heart of the town with almost 15 - 20 minutes walking from the main old town square. All amenities were around. The hotel reception staff were indeed efficient and all requests were fulfilled immediately. The cleaning lady was very friendly, she almost spoke no English but she was smiling a lot in a very welcoming and warm gesture.

Breakfast can be improved little bit, everyday same menu! If you add some soups in the meals would be great.

Room was lovely and cleaned every day. We were on the 8th floor so had a good view over the roof tops we could see the church spires and various other landmarks. Breakfast was tasty with enough variation for all tastes. Location was great with close access for buses and trams and close enough to old town.

For people who don’t like to walk a lot it is about 14 to 16 minutes to the old town .. i don’t mind walking a lot .. but if you are traveling with people do not like to walk then its a bit far from the old town. But nothing else

It's a huge hotel with many rooms. One elevator was out of service, which created a bit of a bottle neck with queues during busy breakfast times.

It's always very clean and quiet. Hotel staff a very friendly and helpful. Convenient location for us with tram stop in front of the hotel and metro just around the corner.

The room furniture is a bit rundown but it is ok as the beds are comfy and new beddings. There is a bit of smell maybe the sewers or something. Hotel is busy so breakfast is busy and not the best.

Location very good. Had the roof top apartment. It was good with a joint small terrace with other rooms. But you can still get a good breather outside.
