Wi-Fi has room for improvement. Tends to work well during the day but slows to a crawl in the evening / night - when I guess a lot more people are using it.

Amazing staff, quiet, nice restaurant, and great location. Cleaning staff was 5 stars too.

The property was at an easy to reach, central location. We mostly walked to the old town, but there was a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was great and the room was lovely!

The rooms have a sliding door for the toilet, which is not the most comfortable condition for a small room (smell and noise-wise). But not a deal breaker at all.

Value for money, this is a no-brainer. There’s a huge variety in the breakfast, and everything is spotless clean. The room is quite spacious and gets cleaned perfectly daily. Walking distance to a lot of attractions.

Nothing really. All was good and the only thing I would recommend is a USB socket charger in the rooms as we only had one travel adapter plug.

The location is good and approximately a 10 minute walk from old town square. The hotel is nice and clean with good food and nice, spacious rooms which are kept maintained and replenished during your stay. The staff are friendly and helpful with knowledge of the city and nothing is too much trouble.

There is nothing not to like about Grandior!!

Absolutely stunning hotel with exceptional customer service. We left for a very early morning flight before breakfast and the staff prepared us extremely generous breakfast bags to eat at the airport. By far the best hotel we've ever stayed in anywhere.

- Although the hotel reception staff were very efficient, I personally would appreciate showing a slightly more welcoming and warm approach (maybe more smiling or friendly expressions). But I understand it's in the culture of the nation not to smile a lot and to act in a sharp way sometimes. - The operation system of the elevator is not good, a lot of times when scanning the card to the sensors it doesn't work. - The baggage board in the room was quite dim, I could really pack or unpack my suitcase there - may be a small coffee machine would be a good idea?

The hotel is extremely clean. Beds are quite comfortable and the air-conditioning in the room was efficient, providing the right ventilation and temperature. It's located in the heart of the town with almost 15 - 20 minutes walking from the main old town square. All amenities were around. The hotel reception staff were indeed efficient and all requests were fulfilled immediately. The cleaning lady was very friendly, she almost spoke no English but she was smiling a lot in a very welcoming and warm gesture.

Room was lovely and cleaned every day. We were on the 8th floor so had a good view over the roof tops we could see the church spires and various other landmarks. Breakfast was tasty with enough variation for all tastes. Location was great with close access for buses and trams and close enough to old town.

For people who don’t like to walk a lot it is about 14 to 16 minutes to the old town .. i don’t mind walking a lot .. but if you are traveling with people do not like to walk then its a bit far from the old town. But nothing else
