Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location is not the most favourable, but sufficient for an overnight stay on a city trip.
Overall, the hotel was fine. The price-performance ratio is really good compared to other hotels and room, staff, cleanliness etc. was as good as expected. Nice to know is the shoppingmall with a supermarket next to the hotel. Its not in the center of praha, everybody who books here should know, that you have to walk a bit from/to the center or central station or use the public transport system-

There was no safebox or fridge in the room. Need more pillows in the room.
Perfect location,Modern Hotel and clean. The breakfast was good.

It was the feeling that the hotel is a bit “low cost”. There were no fridge, pen or tissue in the room

Really good breakfast, as always in Ibis :) Quick check-in and check-out. The hotel is located within a 20-minute walk to the city center. We took a longer stroll from the hotel, to the old city square through the Petrin Tower and the castle.

Bed linens and pillows were not very comfortable. Air conditioning was not very good. It would have been nice to include a kettle and some amenities to make coffee.

I thought it would have been great if the hotel opened the the restaurant in the evening.. As the breakfast was great
The hotel was not central in Prague..but it was very near the tram line.. The trams were very regular and you never waited long for a tram... And it was a short trip to centre Prague

The room lacked a kettle, however it was very easy to get hot drinks in the bar.
Check in was super easy and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The bar staff were really helpful and made superb cups of tea.

Close to the Old Town. Walk about 15 minutes! All entries on the room card, even an elevator. No one from outside the facility will enter!

The pillows were terrible - thin and much too soft - but then, I've never seen a hotel with decent pillows. Also, why don't hotels have clocks in the rooms anymore? Also, children shouting in the hallway at 2:30 am, but that's not Ibis's fault.
Excellent location, next to a metro and tram station. Staff were pleasant. Room was comfortable.

A little further out from the centre than I had hoped but plenty of taxis, use Bolt. Hot breakfast very limited.

There wasn’t much air circulation in the room. When we arrived, the window was shut and the room was very warm (we were there during end of Feb). There was some sort of air conditioning unit but it seemed to only pump out warm air. We opened the window but it only opened so far.
Modern, in an ideal location with helpful staff. Car parking was roughly £20 either outside or downstairs and this was paid for upon check in. Our room was small, but what we needed.

no bottle of water and also no boiling water or boiling device available to make tee inside. The welcome package was non existent which was shame
Location is great, especially if you wanna walk into historic mountains and other side of the river. also supermarket is super near and a bus station and metro. can not complain about the location. the room was super clean but the no bottle of water was included which was strange because in every single ibis hotel I have been, we were given a bottle of water for welcome

Street to the entrance is poorly lit and on the weekend there was quite a lot of drinking on the streets nearby

Funky smell in the room.
Excellent location in the centre. Nice clean and rather small room - exactly what you would expect for the price. Soundproof windows. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
