The elevator shaft was next to the bedroom and you could hear it working.

Exceptional hotel in Karlovy Vary. Drinks proposed during the check-in, spa fully renovated, excellent breakfast... Moreover, Jitka front manager is very professional and does her best to make time in the hotel a great moment.

Charming hotel with lots of history floating around the building. But what really moves the needle is the friendly team. You just feel taken care of and welcomed. Just to mention an example, without any hinting from my side, my wife got birthday congratulations. It is often the little things that make a big difference.

Rooms had a foyer that had a motion sensor light that could not be turned off manually so it would turn on if you had to go to the washroom at night, it was incredibly bright and would wake your partner up, really wish I could deactivate that. Room 408 bathroom mirror light could not be turned off either, there's a switch but it would immediately turn back on after being clicked, again a super bright light that was unwelcome during a night visit.

Fantastic breakfast with a mix of hot and cold items. Attentive staff. Included sauna, pool, and Jacuzzi were delightful. Very close to the colonnades without being on them. Rooms were large and had great air conditioning.

The only thing was a bit confusing to us, was the lady on spa who couldn't speak English well so it was difficult to communicate with her and couldn't explain us about some spa treatments we asked her about.

We had a wonderful time at Luxury Spa Hotel Olympic Palace. The breakfast was delicious with variety and the room was comfortable and clean. The city center is withing walking distance from the hotel. The spa was fantastic, we had some relaxing time there.

It wasn't clear enough on reservation there the hotel has no parking. The valet service to park on an expensive parking lot. It takes 20 minutes to get your car each time.9

The only downside would be a swimming pool water temperature. It is small pool so not enough room for a good swim, where this temperature would be ideal. For relaxation way too chilly.

Very niece stay. We loved concert with champagne for valentine's. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Delightful breakfasts. Super comfortable bed.

We had to change rooms at the beginning, because what we needed was not exactly understood, but luckily they had another room which was great for us and we could move there.

Very comfortable bed, nice wellness area, plus the medical treatment you could order was also great, welcome fruits and water, welcome drink at the checkin.

For a long time we had idea to visit Karlovy Vary and stay in one of SPA hotels. Hotel meet our expectations and we had excellent stay. Stuff was super friendly, quality of rooms and facilities was great. Kids were blown away by spa pool and sauna. Highly recommend.

The only negative was the quite strep hill we had to clime to get to the hotel. It is a short walk but not easy.
