The only thing which was lacking was that the shower drain was not cleaned properly when I arrived, so it would clog while showering. Although, the rest of the washroom was clean.

All facilities were available in the room f.e. kitchen crockery, fan, T.V, washing machine etc. The room was really nice and my stay was very comfortable. Getting into the building and the room was super easy and safe through the app or the pin code.

Might be hot in summer without AC, though the floor fan helps, too. Also would be nice if guest could enter the building from the back, where the parking is. The door can b opened, but there is a wooden gate before that, which is not possible to open, so you walk around a bit, but not much anyway.

The location is amazing, 3 minutes walking distance to the main square.

The windows have so many cobwebs and the amount of spiders we had crawling in the room, on the curtains and wall and floor was not the nicest feel. Definitely not the place to go if you have arachnophobia.

The location was great and the apartment was beautifully renovated and exactly as shown in the pictures. The room was spacious for 3 people. We have enjoyed the stay and love the city.

You could hear the church bell ring every 15 minutes through the day and night, but of course that is not host’s fault.

České Budějovice is a perfect city to stay if one wants to explore South Bohemian region in Czech Republic. It’s only 25 minutes bus ride (regionjet) to České Krumlov. The city is small enough to explore by walking about. The apartment is next to the canal and strolling along the canal and Vltava River was my favorite activity after dinner during my short stay there. The place is spacious for one person, I believe it is enough space for two people as well. The neighborhood was very quiet and the apartment has all the facilities I needed. The check-in was easy. I am very happy with my stay there.

Its not a whole apartment like the descriptoon said, its just a room with bathroom, a table and a desk. No fridge, no kitchen, just a room. It was a tv but no remote control, so no tv.

My friend and I arrived at 7 am, and check-in is strictly from 2 pm, so we had to be with our suitcases all morning. If I have to single out something, let it be the inflexible check-in.

Excellent location right in the center of Budweis, so everything is in foot distance, public transportation (even the main train station) is just minutes away. The room was beautiful and clean and the completely independent check-in and check out procedure was great!
