You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaMy husband and I had a room that should only have had one person and there was no ventilation. It was cramped and we had to use the only chair to hold his luggage. Mine had to go on the window sill.
The food and meals we had were terrific. The food service manager was personable and super anxious to accommodate all of our party. We would rate him your BEST employee. He answered all our questions about the area.

I have not stayed in Pension Vltavín but their main property hotel Grand. The pension was overbooked so I was offered the free upgrade. The hotel is around the corner of the main town square. The facilities are in the old two historical houses, no lift but the staff has helped to carry the baggage up and down. They offered free shuttle from the hotel to the bus station at check out. One might ask if that can be done at the arrival day because the path is rather short but the pavement is uneven so it could be difficult to carry the bags. The hotel provided very good breakfast. The room is very clean with the air conditioning.

Czech RepublicI wasn't allowed to pay the city tax (100 CZK) by card, despite doing the same on other trips around Europe for lesser amounts (1 or 1.5 EUR). Payment by card was accepted in all establishments in Český Krumlov that I went to (e.g. 2 cans of beer for 70 CZK in a small shop).
It had everything: location, fridge, cleanliness, friendly staff. The bed was super comfy. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was top standard. We were even offered the option to stay past our checkout time because no one booked the room after us that night.

AustraliaThe photo shows the rear of the hotel which is ok if arriving by car but when walking Google directs you to the front door on a cobblestone street. Both entrees are locked and you have to phone the main hotel down in the town and then walk there to sign in.

United States of AmericaCheck in is a bit confusing. You have to call the hotel 15 minutes before you arrive. Don’t follow the Google map instruction as it will lead you to the back door (see image, which is the wrong door to enter the hotel) The entrance is on the main road where you don’t see the stone road at all.
The room was spotless. Excellent breakfast including yogurt, cereal, sausages, three eggs dishes, bread, fruit, coffee and tea… etc.

HungaryCheck in. We were told to call before arriving. We tried at 45, 30, and 15 minutes before arrival. No answer at the number they gave us. Had to drive to main hotel and wait a long time. Then drive the lady back to the pension to get sorted. By the time this happened, there were no parking spots left even though I contacted them 10 days before. Had to park 1 km away and pay the same price. We had the top floor room which unfortunately has a sloping roof so the windows were small and we couldn't see the view. Tried the thermostat in the bathroom but couldn't turn off the heat which blasted all night. Had to keep the windows open.
Location was great. Quick, easy walk to town square. Booked a 2 bedroom. 1 double, 2 singles. Good size for a family of 4. Breakfast was amazing. Good coffee and lots of food variety. Super friendly lady running the pension.
