Unfinished construction. The bathroom paint job was not done very well which made it look dirty.

Very tired looking hotel. Surprisingly has a decent looking pool but that's out of keeping with the rest of the place. Common area of which looks like 1950s with a few 1990s modernisations. Breakfast was possibly the worst experience. Paper plates plastic utensils very limited offerings. There are other hotels nearby that are probably better value, unless you want the pool..

Key cards didn't always work well. Stain on chair in our room. Staff was sadly lacking in information about Plattsburgh. Breakfast was horrible on our last day. No sausages, eggs, bacon, waffles, or regular coffee. We were told that the breakfast girl had left to pick up her kid. We think that there needs to be better management. No housekeeping unless you request it, but we weren't told this when we checked in. Finally, really disliked the tv programming. Spectrum in the rooms but Direct TV in the lounge area.

The room was comfortable as was the bed. It was clean. Shower was great. Pool was nice. Parking great. Staff was very friendly and check in quick. We would come back. Nice to have coffee in the lounge area at all times.

The location is great and across the street from restaurants and shopping centers . This is not a fancy 5 stars hotel but it serves well for its purpose . The staff was nice and helpful whenever we asked for anything ( extra towels , crib , ....). Breakfast was good and standard ( eggs , sausage , cereal , waffle , yogurt, coffee , fruits ) The bed mattresses were a bit stiff but again this is something that differs from one person to another and my back is a bit sensitive to hotel beds .

The pool room. There are a lot of cracks, places where water and dirt has settled. Rust in other places, and the hot tub smelled like worms on a rainy day.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful when needed.

Bathroom drain was almost clogged. Water was filled during taking a shower.

We requested two rooms for 4 family members. Hotel provided us two connected rooms. It was really convenient for us to communicate with family members.

In the past 2 years the property has steadily gone down hill. No pool the last few times we’ve stayed. The toilet paper in the room had a single use left on it and I had to change it myself. Coffee wasn’t hot at breakfast and the cream was old.

We’ve stayed here many times since our daughter started school in the are 2 years ago. It’s convenient and the staff are friendly.

Only 3 pillows would prefer 4 for reading in bed. No hot water one morning for breakfast, cream cheese bin empty, addons for oatmeal , nuts raisins would improve, no fruit

Pool was not open, though we didn't plan on using, others were disappointed.

Breakfast was simple, exactly what is expected at a hotel. Waffles were great!

Breakfast NO coffee NO bread NO milk. Pool and spa CLOSED. No room service. No one told us we had to call for it. No coffee pods in room. Thin walls. Could hear what people were saying. Broken ice machine on 3rd floor. Broken door near elevator. Not very clean. Smelly elevator. Very cold in breakfast area.

Situation. Parking. VERY nice staff. Easy check-in/check-out.

The boiler broke down which lead to no hot water in our rooms during our stay All through this fiascon the Staff was professional and polite. We were given a discount on our charges which was appreciated.
