Bed, as for me, was quite hard. Poor choice of fruits and vegetables at breakfast. Jacuzzi was good, but the absence of fresh air worsened the experience.

Outstanding location and good facilities. It was very convenient to have a parking place in the centre of the town. Nice staff helped with a feel of private and comfort.

The bed wasn't that great, the windows not so well insulated (mainroad going by the windows). The huge bathtub might be great for couple on a weekend trip, but a shower would be nice for business travellers

Very welcoming and friendly crew, spotlessly cleaned room, beautiful location in the old castle of Podebrady. Despite modern rooms the flair of the old building has been maintained.

There wasn’t anywhere to get soft drinks from or bottles of water so had to make trips to the local supermarket. no evening entertaining area. Maybe a small bar for the evening to sit and have a drink before bed would be nice.

I loved the location on the river. so much to do surrounding the hotel with my two children age 7 and 5. The breakfast was fantastic. small and friendly hotel. English speaking receptionist who catered for our needs.

We received number of e mails requesting to make on line check in, which did look a bit suspicious. When arriving, it was very calm place and check in took just a couple of minutes...

This facility has been freshly rebuilt. All is new and made from high quality materials. Really great place to stay. Breakfast was superior. Location great - close to river and close to all restaurants and center. De lux rom was our choice, because we don't like to have just roof windows.

We did not quite understand why the parking spot is paid (quite expensive), especially when it's not supervised.

I found the staff really pleasant, the rooms were beautiful, whole environment interesting. Also, we were satisfied with the breakfast.

A perfect short stay in a nice place, very attentive staff, great location, clean. I am usually a very fussy sleeper and was not disturbed at all - I love the fact that there was an extra door blocking any noise from the corridor. We could park conveniently within the castle walls for a small fee. We used the staff recommendations for a dinner out to our great satisfaction. It is quite uncommon to find such professional staff and service in the Czech Republic, thank you, we would love to return in the future.

Our room was super small and dark (only one tiny window didnt provide enough light), didnt feel like good value for the money. The worse thing was that the main wooden beam was full of parazites that were munching on the wood the whole night, not particularly comfortable thing to have above your head.
