Toufic was so nice and very welcoming. His instructions were clear and the room is really big. You have privacy and I was able to do a little work and slept great. About 10 min walk from the train station so that was good. Lot of good food choices nearby as well.

Toufic is a fantastic host. The room was clean, with a fresh towel provided, tea/coffee making facilities and some fresh water. The room is very large and has a big comfortable double bed. I was stuck in Berlin and needed to book a room for the night at short notice and managed to find Toufic's place available at a very reasonable price. You can get into the centre of Berlin with a short walk and 10 minute metro. To give an example of how helpful and friendly Toufic is, he even noticed me in a restaurant down the street from the accomodation and advised me to try the Syrian one around the corner instead (Al Rabuah), he even recommended the Sheek Tawook which was delicious, and only €14. All in all a great experience.

Location: The apartment is perfectly located in one of the best areas of Berlin. Public transportation, including buses and trains, is easily accessible, making it super convenient to get around the city. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby, so you’ll never run out of places to eat. Room and Apartment: The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which is great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. There were also nice touches in the room like snacks and coffee, which made me feel even more at home. The Host: Toufic was incredibly welcoming and brought a lot of positive energy. He made me feel like I was staying at a friend’s place rather than a rental with complete respect to my privacy and space. I truly felt at home throughout my stay. If I come back to Berlin, I will definitely stay here again.

It was a room in an apartment where the host was living in the hall. He was very welcoming and helpful. Even helped me with laundry and told me to feel at home. It was on 2nd floor and stairs may not be suitable for persons with heavy luggage although I was fine with it. There was also a penny store which was across the road to buy for daily use items. I would like to thank the host for a very pleasant stay. Washroom was share but there were only two of us so no issue.

The host was a nice person, however he needed a copy of my passport for self check-in, which I didn't like. So either avoid self checkin or clarify it before booking the room.

It's not private at all as the owner stays in the living room and you cannot but see him around when you open the room's door to use the bathroom especially anytime the owner is around. It should be called a shared apartment not a room. No privacy, no cleaning until you check out and so many rules as if I am favoured to pay for the room. Really below par.

Well, it's in a busy environment where you can have access to shops, trains and other urban activities.
