I liked the room - it was equipped with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. The location is great - nice neighborhood and very close to public transportation so we could get anywhere we wanted very easily.

The studio apartment was large enough. The kitchen had all the amenities. Bathroom was spacious. All in all a room which was excellent.

Had to move rooms during extended stay. Carpet could use a refurbishing in some of the rooms.

The staff was excellent. Anjali was super helpful! Room was spacious and allowed us to put the kid to bed and still have leisure time in the living room. The in-room washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher was convenient for an extended stay. Balcony had great view of TV tower! Super close to drug store, grocery store, and metro station.

Couldn't understand the pillows! They seemed to be full of air. Bed could have been softer.

Lovely accommodation and staff. Really central location just across from Museum Island and Alexanderplatz. Fabulous !👌

Elements of the bathroom (shower) could use a deep clean, though livable.

Great location within walking distance to Museum Island and many other key sights. Excellent public transportation connections made it easy to explore the city. The stay was comfortable, and the accommodations met all our needs. A convenient and pleasant base for visiting Berlin.

The overall accomodation (bedroom, lounge and kitchen area) was excellent in terms of size and amenity. It is located close to public transport notably rail from the Hauptbahnhof.

There was little I didn't like. Carpets and curtains are well- used and could probably stand to be replaced soon.

The location was perfect (Museum Island within walking distance as were trains, trams and busses to everywhere). All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good variety.

Ideal location in Berlin’s Mitte district from where you can explore all the city by foot, bike or the many nearby U and S Bahn. Spacious bright room with huge bed and good kitchenette. Well prepared and presented buffet breakfast. Bar and comfortable indoor/ outdoor seating. Welcoming and secure for a solo traveller. All the staff were delightful!!

Room was spacious. Had all facilities required. Bathroom was big and clean. It had a coffee maker, a fridge and a TV. Any requirements were fulfilled by the staff who were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was sumptuous and staff in the restaurant was very helpful. location - very central for tourist places. Walkable from Berlin Wall, Brandenburg gate, Parliament, Checkpoint Charlie, TV tower and even railway station. Good restaurants in the vicinity makes this place really good to stay

It is a little small for the 2 of us. It has a fridge but no freezer. The apartment is also quite dark.

It’s a nice apartment, clean and conveniently located. The staff is nice. It has both washer and dryer, which is a luxury in Europe.

Apart hotel, very spacious room. Location fantastic walking distance to public transport and lots of places to eat and drink. All staff very friendly and breakfast always lovely and fresh.
