Not much to say here, maybe some disposable flip-flops to walk around the room and a mini-fridge would be nice, but at this price point there is not much to argue about.

Sadly our bathroom sink was blocked and didn't get fixed during our stay.

cleaner ignored the do not disturb sign one day, the heater didn't work in the English setting, only the German. bunk beds weren't the most comfortable but did the job

loved the location! the bathroom was spacious and very clean, the breakfast was actually quite nice plus Starbucks inside the hotel is always a bonus. great views from the higher floors. 24/7 staff is very helpful.

I chose Aletto as I stayed in the other one in Berlin several times and it’s much cozier. This one is just ok, but for one night. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom, I guess it’s the biggest minus. Private parking is close, but since it’s near the train station you have to go the 7th floor to find space.

I received a huge room for the first time here and it was very comfortable. Especially when I travel solo I will always choose aletto to stay. The location is very central for me and my plans.

More parking spots. We parked at the parking lot close to the metro station but it was relatively expensive.

The hotel is located in a commercial area, very close to a metro station, many stores and beautiful landmarks in the city. There was one of the most beautiful Christmas markets just 200 m away. This hotel will be my preferred every time I visit Berlin.

I would recommend a better room lighting.

One of the few hotels where a 5 person family can stay together in one room. The room was spacious and offered two bunk beds + a double bed which was very convenient for our family. Great location, with access to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Regional Bahn and bus services which can lead you to any place in Berlin. Many city attractions can be reached also in walking distance from the hotel location for example, the Berlin Zoo, one of the main shopping streets - Kurfürstendamm, etc.. Will definitely consider this hotel next time my family and I will visit Berlin again.

Pillows were really small and we could only get one extra pillow. The room so tiny, tv was android and normally had option for youtube and netflix, but non of that was posible to connect. also not posible to stream from the android phone. Had to watch all german speaking programs without option to put english subtitles.Parking they say was 18 eu per 24 hours but we had to pay for 3 night stay even if we stayed just for 2 nights. But we were glad we got it anyway. Reservation normally can be only done when you arrive if they have available spots. Duvet was alliteration to short for my partner. So if you are a tall person it can be some problem. He's 1.91 mwe didn't see any wending masines or stations for hot/cold drinks upstairs. We stayed on the top floor and in cold winter evening would off be happy to have a warm drink without going all way down, especially that I was getting sick and didn't want to go to the bar.. wending mashine with worm drinks could off been highly appreciated. I understand it's a big city and the prices are high, but honestly I would recomend to stay outside the city where there are free parking option and just drive and pay parking in the center for half day instead. We went to the center there were enough parking spots and that was christmas, busy days for Christmas markets. I only would recomend this hotel for ppl without cars.

The corridor was too long and our room was too far from the elevator.

Size of the rooms, barely bigger than beds inside. Also, to not be able to prepare coffee in the room - sure, there was Starbucks on the ground ,but who goes to Starbucks in pyjamas? Also, too soft bed matteraces ..

The lcoation is outstanding! Everythng else is just great: the rooms are fresh-renovated and clean, beds are comfy, the rooms have everything you need (including the safe locker). Overall we were very satisfied! We just expected the entire room to be a little bigger, but that did not spoil an overall impression of the place, highly recommended! Special thjanks to the personnel: they are always there (on reception) and are very helpful!

Prices didnt seem right for the room facilities that were provided, breakfast was expensive for the spread that was provided, no parking facility inside the hotel premises.

Central location and very accessible to tourist spots, many nearby restaurant options, big street parking available but paid, Bunk beds for kids, Billiards near the bar was cool.
