We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hungaryfew working employees, queued many times (several times waited for my keys when returned back from our daily trips (Lübeck, Lüneburg, Stade, Bremen and Schwerig) and also for my baggages when we were in a hurry to the airport!), breakfast same all day, junkees on the street nearby, room was a little dusty (carpets were not the cleanest)
location is excellent, our room faced the backyard and therefore it was very calm, breakfast enough, daily cleaning, good wifi, good heating

IrelandThe receptionist who checked me in wasn't very pleasant, she didn't smile or seem like she was interested in her job at all. There is no atmosphere in reception. It lacks a hotel bar and somewhere nice to sit and relax.
The breakfast was simple but very nice and well presented, the breakfast staff were nice and attentive. The room was very clean and the location is very good. The vending machines in the reception area are very convenient in the evenings as you don't have to leave the hotel to get snacks or drinks.

The hotel it Ideally located for Hauptbahnhof, making it easy to navigate around Hamburg, especially to and from the Airport. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are polite and efficient. Breakfast was great and plentiful.

Hotell was easy to find, 5 min by foot from Central Station.Perfectly situated. Rooms window was to the garden, very quet, could have my window open (4 floor with lift). Very clean, fresh bathroom, conviniet bed with a nice duvet.

Hotel was in a very central location close to all transport links but also walking distance to most attractions. Breakfast was good for continental style. Our room was spacious with a nice bathroom. There was a room safe which was free and easy to use.
