We didn’t have body wash/shampoo. The bottle was there but it was empty. Hotel is far away from the city. Not much public transport from there.

Excluding receptionist (and one staffer that was in the lounge a lot) most of the hotel staff smelled bad, and you can smell them if they are in the same hallway. Hotel website does not match hotel policy with “free breakfast” on the Wyndham site being wrong. It costs 18€ for a breakfast that you have to grab yourself, and is very subpar. Might be a European thing, but I can’t believe it costs money for breakfast worse than McDonalds. Housekeeping asks me if I was leaving that day and they come by at like 9? I think telling the housekeeping staff the occupancy dates and having them come by at like 1030-1045 might be better. Beds are twins, with very cheap sheets, blankets and pillows. Everything felt papery and crinkly. Windows have no screen in them. Shower has no closable door. Instead of having a desk and a chair, you get like 20cm of shelf in front of TV, and a pseudo lounge area next to bed.

Location is great. Only 5-6 minutes from train station by car. 30 minutes by walk. Price was cheap for the surrounding Munich area, during Oktoberfest. Highly overpriced for quality of establishment, but cheaper than the other hotels. If you are a schizophrenic, you will like the interior decoration. Random watercolored actor’s and musician’s faces printed on poster board paper, thrown in the cheapest IKEA frame, staggered every 10m. Along with random rhino memorabilia, they have red everywhere to imply an impression of status I guess. A twisted facsimile of class. TV was Samsung. Also had a special launcher built in. Seemed like one of the only things they put a lot of thought into.

Easy to access, not far off the motorway. Several Restaurants were in walking distance and if you didn’t want to have breakfast at the hotel there is a huge supermarket across the road with a bakery

They didn’t allow us to Check in before 3 P.M even after explanation that we have kids and we are tired. Staff are not kind

Clealiness was not sufficient, crumbs on kitchen surfaces and in microwaves. Some reception staff were not very knowlegeable about the services offered in the hotel. Washing machines were not very convenient to use (powders not provided).

Breakfast was yummy and location was a nice one in Dachau, walking distance to lovely restaurants and big supermarkets (Kaufland). I was there for rowing. It is very close by the rowing area and the Dachau memorial.

The staff also are racist.. The way they looked down on me when I asked for assistance to hear my food. They didn't even take pity that I was disabled. Very sad

They refused to assist in heating my meals. They were extremely rude about it. And after sometime, they forced me out of the breakfast room

Reception was very difficult to work with. Our television didn’t work and when asked to fix it the reception simply said he was a receptionist, next day a technician came and got blamed us for breaking the television when it didn’t work when we arrived. Dirty towels were in our room when we arrived and we had no hand soap or body soap. Never offered to take the dirty towels and had to track someone down for soap.

Location was great, room was very large.

Breakfast is very basic. The floor of the room was dirty. The light of the bathroom turns on automatically which is annoying during the night.

The rooms were filthy! After checking in when was sent to my room and if was not clean from the last guess at 17:30, benefit of the doubt I went to the front desk and asked them to clean while I was out to dinner, came back 2 hours later room was still not clean. I stood in the door while housekeeping did a halfway job of cleaning. There was no cleaning service the entire stay, I took clean towels and coffee from the cart when I would see it in the hallway. I know that the cleaning service was in the room because they would open the curtains but, did no cleaning. The second time I request the room to be clean the front desk explained they are too short staff to do any cleaning and told me my room was marked as cleaned by the housekeeping staff. The gym is so small that it only has one treadmill, an elliptical bike, and one weight machine, but there is no area in this room if two people are in it will be too full. I passed on the gym to do things in the room.

The rooms are very big and have a roof, and the location was near work.

It was a 2 night/3days stay and there was no warm water the day before our departure and the morning of the departure. The water heating system broke down while we were out in the city - sure, it happens, but nobody informed us. I'd have appreciated it if they had informed us and not when standing under the shower. Also, many of its guests appeared to be not travellers but refugees(ukrainian?). I have nothing against refugees and sympathise with them, but again, there was no information on that- as a paying guest i guess i have the right to know about such conditions?

The staff was very attentive & friendly.
