Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The 'large chap' on reception was very jovial and took us to each room to check we were happy. Beds were comfortable. Not far from the centre, about a 20 min walk.

The hotel is situated in the loft of a 3 storey (I think) building. This means that each room has a beam at head height running across it. For taller people this could be a problem, but even small people have to be careful when sitting up in bed/getting up not to hit their heads.

Easy access into Regensburg (bus stop outside hotel). Helpful staff.

The actual hotel is in one section of a massive building stairway is shared with others that's obviously a little hassle to climb up to it but we've managed it and weren't much bothered. The area isn't typically German and more like multireligious but safe, also Hotel Amy shouldn't be blamed for that.

Hotel is off a main road where the area is quiet enough. Free parking spaces in the underground car park. A fair few shops around. The medieval city centre is roughly 15-20 minutes of comfortable walk away. Friendly receptionist. Overall a nice stay in a tidy and cosy accomodation absolutely fine for a night or even more we would probably return.

Excellent location, good breakfast. Very quirky hotel- ensure you read the reviews to make sure it’s for you. Basically the rooms are above a very grey imposing office block. But looks like any other hotel once you enter it.

A very "German" hotel -- American travelers may be unused to staying in such a room -- you're in an attic-like space in the second floor of an office building. It took me a little time to figure out how the windows and ventilation worked -- but there is sufficient air and light, don't worry. Also, as usual in Europe, no air conditioning. Also beware -- limited check-in window! Be sure to check in advance.

Clean room. Convenient location -- Right next to a major bus corridor that takes you into town in no time. Great price. I arrived outside of the check-in window and the owner was very accommodating in getting me in.

The pillows were far too soft and uncomfortable. The roof was very low and we banged our head repeatedly. Breakfast was basic with very little choice

Communication with hotel was good and allowed me to check in early. The room was plain but large enough, bed was large and comfortable, other fittings were adequate. Bathroom was well fitted with a good shower. Security was good with fob access to building and hotel floor and key access to room. Breakfast was reasonable considering small number of people taking it. Check out was easy. Location a little way out of town but access made easy by large number of buses (stop just outside) to old town or rail station or both - I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes.

The door to the hotel is not obvious. The door under the "hotel Amy" sign in not for the hotel. You go through the double glass doors to your left and then it's up 2 flights of stairs to reception. There is a small sign on these glass doors for the hotel but you have to look for a, it's not obvious. Once you know this it's fine.

Good size room, clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. Breakfast was good. Secure parking for my motorcycle underground.

The triple room had three big beds which were very nice. We were late to the hotel due to trains being cancelled and delayed, because of the flooding and the staff came and let us into our room quickly. The hotel is very handy for the bus. The room had a good shower, and the wifi was very reliable.

Perfect place to stay somewhere around Munich while passing through. Easy to find, lots of free parking, quiet, friendly staff. The breakfast was simple but with enough choices. Overall, the hotel is very simple but has enough of everything.

It is somewhat outside the city center but still very manageable about a 20-30min walk or a 5-10min bus ride. The doors to the main corridor are very thin, so people walking to breakfast managed to wake me up every morning.

Really nice staff, clean single room with hair drier and comfortable bed. The Hotel looks somewhat unattractive from outside but once you're in, it has way more positives than negatives. There is even a fridge in the reception to store food if you're so inclined.
