Nice spacious appartement. Perfect for visit in Berlin. Metro nearby. On bike you can ride along a canal towrds the centrum of Berlin. If you go with family/friends, you can rent Teo appartments in the same building.

the lighting in the apartment, above the dining table, a bit hard and the glass table made us a bit anxious with kids :-), the curtains were funny as they were there just for show but luckily there were blinders

the keys were in the box, but the box was open so no code required. the apartment was really nice, but a little mood light/ambient light would have been nice. we didn't meet the host but we did speak to her for extra blankets and a frying pan, which she arranged immediately. the location was great with the metro and 24hrs grocery shop around the corner

Everything was great. There was no elevator though, which didn't bother us, as we were on the first floor, but someone might mind that.

The living space and sofa wasn’t the most comfortable as a communal area.

Property had two large sized rooms and one with a balcony which was great. Really great location with shops close by and a well connected station into central right around the corner. Plenty of utensils in there if you wanted to cook, and easy to feel comfortable in the flat.

Only 2 things we thought were not good and can be improved are: 1. The freezer was filled with ice so we couldn't keep like ice creams in it. 2. The shower door in the bathroom had a bit of rubber seal open at the bottom because of which some water would flow out during the shower. It could be slippery due to this.

Highly recommended apartments in Berlin!!! The moment we entered the apartment, we were happy. It was beautiful , clean , sun lite and airy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has every thing needed like toaster, coffee machine, water kettle and even soap to wash utensils. Some basic ingredients were also provided along with all necessary utensils. The bathroom also was clean and had a washing machine and hair dryer. Location wise, it is a very nice neighbourhood . The U bahn and Tram station are 2 mins walk. It connects to all important places. For grocery shopping, kaufland is 5 mins walk away. The wifi had good connectivity.

When entering the room there was a smell of smoke, we think it was because the windows are to the streets and down there people were smoking and the thick curtains collect the smoke throughout the time. The location is not the best, not very quiet, located in a lively area with a big road in front of it.

The room was ready in the morning and the collection of the keys was easy! We had a parking space in the back which was great! The apartment Nr. 9 is spacious, large windows, comfy beds, kitchenette with everything you need and a seating area. The room was very clean. Stylish furniture. We will be back:)!

The apartment stated tha one bedroom has single and double bed - not true, it has two singles. Other bedroom has queen bed, but the mattresses are different heights so it feels like separate beds. The bathroom is quite clean and functioning, but the shower should be checked. As well as it seems that the bathroom heater was never cleaned so on our stay a massive clog of dust fell out of it.

we liked the easy access and that apartment has dedicated parking spot, that there were enough towels and shampoos for 4 persons.

I don't know if it's in because it was Sunday but contact with the owner was impossible. The questions asked via chat on booking were left unanswered and nobody picked up a phone when I tried to call.

The apartment is just beautiful! Everything was really clean. The metro is just around the corner which makes sightseeing easy.

Tried to contact the property manager on number provided to get access to advertised laundry facilities, phone calls/ messages were never returned and I ended up having to find a laundromat to get my kids clothes washed. Very disappointing!

Despite department being far away from the city center, it had the u station nearby (5-10 minutes walk) ,which made it very easy to go to the center or change between the lines.We went to the nearest supermarket kaufland , which during the working days was open until midnight. Department was clean and had all the necessary equipment.

we lived with a mouse inside the apartment for our whole trip. the owners never helped or replied to do something about it. unacceptable. after several days and after asking for a refund, they said that they took care about it several days before, which is a lie, since we saw it inside the apartment since the last day. they never refunded not even a part.

shop downstairs selling alcohol, people sitting outside drinking and talking until 3am which made sleeping difficult.

Close to U station however this was in the B zone which made tickets more expensive. or a 15 minute walk to zone A. Park within walking distance
