This is by no means the fault of the hotel, but the walls are super thin so I could here the guest in the room next to me snoring, their phone notifications and them talking.

I was so surprised at how nice the room was for the price. My room was so spacious, lots of storage, clean and just felt a really nice place to be. I got an extremely good price for this. The bed was also super comfy! On my second night in Berlin I actually stayed somewhere else which was double the price of here and I actually preferred the Park Plaza. Staff were really nice and helpful too.

very clean rooms and looks fancy for what it costs! i really enjoyed it while visiting Berlin. About 12 mins walk to the nearest station but to walk to and from it is super easy because it is a very nice area with shops and bars close to it.

Great customer service and there was one lady whenever I go for my breakfast she accommodated to my needs. I don’t eat pork so she made sure I got meat that wasn’t pork. She paid attention to details and I didn’t get her name🙈. The location makes it ideal to explore for a solo traveler, I felt safe

Rooms are like 1990s memorabilia collection but clean and functional. Smells on humid and old building, but gone with opening the window. Bathroom is really in need for upgrade especially the floor tiles

Ok friendly staff and overall satisfying experience but nothing to write home about.. They charge the room at the arrival which is strange as could just block the sum and do everything at check out..

The fitness room is really basic, and the fact that one has to pay separately for the sauna is a bit of a downer.

I enjoyed my stay at Park Plaza Berlin. The staff is very accommodating, the hotel's facilities are in good shape and the location is convenient. The room size is decent, the shower and bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Wifi is fast and reliable.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very large in comparison to the other hotels in Europe. The area is very quiet and did not hear anything from outside. The breakfast was more than enough, a lot of choices for everybody and good coffee. The staff was very helpful. I will choose park plaza again for my next business trip.

Came around 10:00 AM and inform in advance that I would like to have an early check-in. Did not receive the room until 15:00. Was rainy cold weather and had to wait many hours for the room.

Arrived at hotel at 10.30am having been up since 3am and rooms were ready even though check in is 3pm. It was great to be able to have a sleep before heading out to see the sights of Berlin. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful.

We found the mattress to be quite firm for our old bones but still managed to get rested.

The location was great for exploring Berlin with good transport connections near by. The hotel was well presented and the staff were very nice. Great to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and also hot chocolate. Breakfast was a tasty hot/cold buffet with plenty of options.

We booked a twin suite but they allocated us a double bed.. it was clear on our booking but they didn’t have twin available.. 2 ladies we didn’t want the same bed. We had to stay in it first night was moved second night but in a downgraded room with no bath and half the size.. it was fine except they offered free breakfast for the inconvenience of sleeping in same bed first night but did not refund anything for downgrading room which was cheaper.. they said the breakfast was just less than the difference so no good will offered for their mistake.. I am a hotelier I know these things happen but as the breakfast was a buffet and the staff helped their selves to it towards end of service I would have thought they could have offered free breakfast for the 3 days.. as I would have done..we were repeat guests..

The property is art hotel.. retro design Andy Warhol photos.. cost bar area and pleasant breakfast.. it’s not a modern generic concrete tower.. it has style.. last time we stayed the staff were excellent.. this time there is a difference, not sure if they have been taken over.. great location..
