Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel’s private parking has limited capacity for guests arriving by car
Everything was very convenient for me. The price, the location, friendly staff, good and rich breakfast and clean. Will definitely come again if I am around Kehl or Strasbourg

Reception man very abrupt and quite unfriendly on arrival. Didn't give clear instructions about parking. We arrived by car. After riding round one way streets we found the free parking spaces for ates hotel. Only 9 spaces for hotel with 4 floors of guests. Street parking available at 5 euro. No kettle in room or toaster available at breakfast
Location is on busy road outside strasbourg. Tram stop D at 3.60 euro goes from outside hotel to strasbourg centre. Breakfast is usual continental and is good. Reception area looks good on arrival.

The parking for guests is quite small. There is lack of space for big cars if you travel with a big car and a big family.
A nice hotel, very close to the Strasbourg. You can find all shops you need around the hotel. The public transport Is right in front of the place, so it easy to reach a city quite fast. Check-in / Check-out might be done online without a long registration at the reception.

Honestly, this hotel is excellent for the price, so i have no criticisms.
Fantastic breakfast, lovely high pressure shower. Location is superb, opposite the tram station. Also, there's a bar on the ground floor.

In the past, the rooms used to have a fridge. Unfortunately, there was no fridge in my room.
The room and bathroom were sufficiently big. The location is convenient (close to shops, tram stop to Strasbourg) and there is free parking. Nice breakfast. Staff at reception and at breakfast is friendly.

The lights above the bed are too low - I bumped my head several times in the night.
Rooms good size and clean. Breakfast was very good and ample. Straßenbahn tickets at reception brilliant. Straßenbahn to Strasburg across the road brilliant Little bar in hotel was great for our extended night cap with our friends... Very happy overall

The Wifi in some of the rooms is very poor.

Will be nice to update the mattress and pillows.
The attention in the reception was great, the rooms are outdated but are comfy and at a good price. Breakfast is good. The location is perfect for those who want to visit Strasbourg. The tram is literally in front of the hotel and takes you to the center in 18 min.

Short beds, narrow blankets even for my slim shape. Only one chair and one armchair for two persons.
Wonderful staff, clean and quiet everywhere. Amazing breakfast, comfortable and well equipped room. There is a tram station to the Strasburg in several meters from the hotel.

Room was clean but furniture old. Bed needs replacement.
Easy cheep tram ride into Strasbourg. Breakfast was good. Parking free at the building. There are not many spots, though.

Very friendly staff (esp. at reception), spacious and clean room, modern bathroom, good breakfast. Rather rare in DE: A/C. The hotel location is convenient for a trip to Strasbourg as it's just across the street from the tram stop and train station. Shops and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes walk.

No kettle in room but there was a fridge! Blinds tricky to lower, looked very worn but I managed in the end.
Very good location, almost next to the Kehl Bahnhof Tram stop, just across the bridge from Strasbourg. Roughly 20 minutes by tram to the centre of Strasbourg so you save money staying in Kehl without any real inconvenience. Room clean. Room quite large for price. Breakfast standard buffet but decent. Breakfast room not crowded when I was there ( end of September/beginning October).
