The single rooms are really small - back in and drive out affairs. The double rooms are much better.

This is a great place if you need an overnight stay in Frankfurt. It's a 15 minute walk from the main station (Hbf) and provides everything you need for a short stay.

no coffee facilities in room.

I've reviewed this hotel before and think it's a good choice near the central train station (7 minute walk). I am a little less positive on it this time, mainly because (i) they really should have some kind of coffee in the room, especially given there is no cafe or restaurant on site, and (ii) the duvet is a little thin. Still, it is a very good and certainly the price was attractive.

We had to wait around 10 minutes for the receptionist to check us in. There were no notes left nor any sign of anyone coming soon. We weren't even sure if we needed to continue waiting or if we should leave.

The hotel was affordable and easily accessible from the main station. The room was clean, although it did have a slight chemical smell rather than a fresh, clean scent.

we forgot to take the WiFi's password at the registration desk, didn't find it ANYWHERE in the room, I think it should be. we wanted to call on the reception, but the phone was not working it's also not a big deal for us, but maybe it is for someone

we were lucky to have a great view at the last floor room, everything was clean (except one window, but it's not that important for us) and tidy, the fridge was a savior :)

The room smelled like a cleaning chemical when we arrived. Pillows and mattresses were a little soft for us.

Location close to the main bus station and the train station. The city center and main touristic attractions are within walking distance.The stafff was very friendly and helpful.

Although it said parking is available without reservation, they had no spaces left when we arrived. Also, there are no 'do not disturb' door hangers in the room, which should be standard. When we asked at the front desk, they were able to give us one (but not two, as we had two rooms, and they didnt have anymore).

Friendly staff, extra requests granted, great location, very clean rooms, and a great price. Would stay again!

This is about a 7 minute walk from the main train station. I was just overnighting during a connection. It was basic, but clean, and great water pressure in the shower.

The one lift is small and so 2 of 3 people at a time. But was quick so not a real problem for us 7 visitors.

For the price the place is clean and comfortable with fair size rooms not cramped. Showers are good power And hot all the time. Beds are basic but comfortable sleep. There is no frills like in room coffee and tea or any food facilities on site but cafes are very close.

We ask for a knife at first, and resepsionist guy kindly gave us. We came again for a fork... And he told us "I don't have a fork or anything". The kitchen was still available for him, he just refused to help clients. So poor service and disgusting experience.

The room was okay, the staff was doing their job, not very friendly during check in but the next day was better service. The location is great, close to the river and supermarket, walking promenade to the center and it's conveniently near the train station. Perfect for a short stay.
