The AC didn't do anything beyond noise and the windows couldn't be opened therefore it was very unpleasantly warm over the night and we didn't sleep well. The carpet in the room wasn't great.

The breakfast and the staff was really nice - as well the place itself and the surroundings - we went to a concert at Kunstrasen and it was very pleasant to walk there.

The AC is terrible in summer, changed the room but the second one was not much better. The suite layout is awkward it features dining table rather than seating area like Sofa, the lobby service is very slow, the toilet walls are painted where shoe marks colours and stains are on some walls. Why paint in toilets! The breakfast was modest at best

Was given a key card to a room that was already in use, much to the surprise of myself and the other guests who were in the room. Very embarrassing Reception staff apologized and issued me with a new room key

My room was right up on 16th floor (I requested a quiet room, and it really was!) The bed was extremely comfortable and the en-suite shower was excellent. I had a lovely chaise longue in the room for reading, which I used in the evenings - very pleasant. The rooftop bar is exceptional - I spent a happy evening in the sun with some very good beers and tasty food, with a view over the river and the whole city - strongly recommend. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and multi-lingual. Overall: the perfect business hotel - easy location for the World Conference Center and anywhere in the city on the U-Bahn (underground train) - there's a station very close by.

No open restaurant on Sunday .. water bottle in my room was half empty from a previous guest. Had dinner at the bar on the ground floor on Monday… had pizza - not great..

Excellent location by the UN and DW with easy access to the Rhein promenade as well as buses and metro station. Very nice rooftop bar and restaurant with views to the city and the river.

Initially there were no big towels in the bathroom. Also the spa area was very crowded, it was difficult to find a spot. Also during the breakfast one of coffee machines was not working.

Breakfast has a lot of different options (although not all of the food items were refilled within short time). Room is big and bed is very comfortable. Also it is convenient that there is an underground parking in the hotel.

We had problems using the parking ticket every time we wanted to leave the parking garage. We paid for a 24 hour ticket which was quite expensive, and yet, we had diffulties using the ticket. It was quite inconveniencing.

I loved the pool and spa. The breakfast was very nice. The staff at the reception were also very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the public transportation, as well as the Rhein river for sightseeing.

The room service pizza wasn’t great. We were also hoping to enjoy the rooftop bar, but it was too busy, and the ground floor bar felt just okay. We asked them for drinks around 10pm and were told they had run out of ice, and no alternative was offered. It felt like the staff just didn’t really want to serve, so we ended up going back to our room without enjoying drinks :(

We had a great stay! The staff were really friendly and helpful, I even forgot something in our room after checking out, and they kindly sent it back to me. The room was super clean, and the view over the river was really nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety and tasted fresh. The wellness area was a nice bonus and gave us something relaxing to do during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Parking is quite expensive (25€per day). The saunas are very cold except for the Finnish Sauna.

Very nice facilities, with gym/wellness/pool. Nice breakfast, but be aware that it is overcrowded from 09:30am.
