Some personnel are less suitable for working in hospitality sector. Understand everyone has bad days sometimes but better to find a job you enjoy.

Arrived at the hotel around 7 pm and was told the room not ready? A bit weird. The upside was the room was in a quiet corner. Parking with EV chargers was available. Great breakfast and tea collection was impressive.

It was een excellent hotel. Perfect room with lots of details we didn't have in other hotels. Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly. We could use the parking of the hotel, super! Also the location was perfect. Taxi's waiting in front of the hotel.

The hotel boasts a very convenient location, literally just around the corner from the central station entrance. Despite our windows facing the station square, where a fair was taking place during our stay, the room was quiet at night thanks to excellent soundproofing. We also appreciated the hotel's parking, which is located in the inner courtyard and easily accessible directly from the lobby

EXCELLENT BEER ON TAP AND CLOSE TO THE RAIL. THE GYM WAS SMALL BUT HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A FULL WORKOUT.

Location is perfect, just outside the Central Station, within walking distance to all the city amenities. Both the room and the bathroom are spacious, super clean, beds are with normal size, super comfortable, there are plenty of free toiletries in the bathroom, the insulation of the room is excellent, so there are no sounds from the hallway or outside. The bar is staying open until midnight. The check out is at 12 am, with possibility to extend it for an extra hour, so that is also a huge benefit. Unfortuately, we had no possibility to taste the breakfast, so I can not talk about it. All in all, excellent choice

It was difficult to find staff to be served at the bar. I also had to search for staff when it came to paying the bill. The toilet brush in the very nice and comfortable room was disgusting. Unfortunately, my room faced the back entrance of the station. I didn’t sleep very well because of the echoing noise from people coming in and out.

You cannot beat the location. A few steps from the exit of the train station gets you into the hotel. My room was facing the rail, but I had no noise interruption. Lovely parks across the road in the opposite direction for some fitness. Lovely hotel - will definitely return next trip.

asian lady with long and fancy fingernails at the desk was not helpfull at all. we had hard time getting info from her. there are garbages flying in front of the facility.
