We arrived very late, way past the reception opening times. Still the staff kindly arranged keys for us. Rooms were all right for a sleepover. Fun park Playmobil is 15 mins drive away.

Good hotel! The reception is only opened to check in time, after this you need the access code you recieved. The breakfast is good On a small walk there is the restaurant (https://www.bierhimmel.bayern/), nice place with lot of locals (use the menu on website for english card)

Room was too small. Check in wasn’t very clear as we received information to go into the wrong room and in the middle of the night another couple arrived and tried to get into our room as they also were told to take that room. It would help if staff was there for check ins.

Bed was comfortable, location was great with parking availability. The small balcony was nice where we had dinner.

We spent only one night in the guesthouse, so it is difficult to evaluate the quality of services. Although the hotel seemed clean and tidy, there was a smell in the bathroom of our room. Accommodation was fine, however there was a lot of unpleasant flaws, including a forgotten box of condoms from previous guests, etc.

The hotel is located close to Nürnberg, it means very suitable place for sightseeing or visiting the zoo etc. There are many shops and public transport nearby. For a short stay, the hotel is a relatively good choice.

The only things very annoying it was the mattress, far too soft,but that's very personal maybe for some people it is very nice.

The place is very simple, but nice, especially for a short stay/over night. It's not far from the city, the 175 bus stop almost in front and goes to the centrum, also, it's not difficult to go by car and the parking lot at the centrum cost like 2 euros/hour, so that's good as well. Next to the hotel you can find a bakery (we didn't tried, it was closed) and for those with an EV, there is a charger station. We left our car there and could leave fully charge next morning, it's very handy. There was a bottle of water and fan in the room, since we were traveling with a cooler we asked at the reception to leave the cooling plates in the freezer and they gently agreed, that was very nice, we could keep our drinks cold for the next day trip.
