There was a lot of someone's hair in the bathtub including pubic hair. Obviously it was not cleaned after the previous guest. One can just wonder what is getting cleaned in the room between guests and if it is cleaned at all? If you are "lucky" you will get a room separated from another room by a door instead of a solid wall so you will clearly hear all biological noises of your neighbour. Pray they do not snore. It looks like there were no free parking spaces nearby so you should always add 13 Euro to your stay per night for parking.

The personnel was friendly. The room is large and nice.

I think the drinks were a bit over priced, and the pizza was a frozen pizza that wasn't really good value for money.

The manager was great. The other staff need a lot of guidance.

There wasn't any kettle so we couldn't have a brew in our room, and the food was limited with hardly any choice, however the breakfast had a good choice of food.

The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't fault them, some who could speak English, the rooms were clean, tidy and spacious . Aldi is just round the corner.

Noisy doors, low noise insulation, missing plastic cover from electric appliances, noise heating. Extra pay for parking (4 rooms, 1 minibus).

Location is OK, the place is nice, the staff is kind.

Hotel is situated on an industrial area and inside a group of flats for elderly people (retirement home). Not much public parking places available. Took a few minutes to find the correct entrance for the hotel. You are able to park on the parking lot of the hotel with extra payment. Due to industrial area also no additional restaurants available.

Clean and spacious room. Close to the place/factory I needed to go for work. When knowing how to handle the AC it cooled the room very quickly (the controller was placed between the curtains and window, also the pace where the air exhaust are, I used some pillows from the couch to put the curtains against the windows so it takes temperature from room and air flows towards the room). Good breakfast that was replenished quickly when a large group was already having breakfast and second part of this group arrived on my second day. If you do not want to have diner in the hotel and you are willing to taste the world go to the Russelers Flamme Tandoori Restaurant just 5 min walk away! Looks of this restaurant are maybe not so inviting but the food was really good and more than enough! There is also a (cheap) supermarket (ALDI) nearby the hotel.

The on-site restaurant had a very limited menu with only pizzas. The pizza was premade and heated up - not overwhelming in any way

A bit off the bike trail and a bit hard to locate but worth the search . The young lady at reception very exceedingly helpful, pleasant and made our check-in very easy . Excellent bike storage in the hotel in a locked storage room . The room was very large , very clean , very light and bright . The bed was comfortable. Multiple electrical wall sockets throughout the room . Bathroom was also very clean, very large with toiletries available . Small balcony off the room was nice . The breakfast was adequate with numerous food choices .

Far from city center if you want to visit the city. Room cleaning OK on visible area but don't forget below the bed !! More dishes on the restaurant menu (only pizza and soup)

Breakfast, room (design, arrangement, balcony), personnal, parking closed to the hotel. hotel's interior design. The idea to give coins if you don't ask for room cleaning is great

Unfortunately, breakfast was not so good. I remember the oat with fruits looking like it was prepared days ago, and the ham had a dubious colour. I managed to eat eggs and cheese and took a coffee, which was ok. The second time we skipped it, so hopefully, it was a bad moment and not a habit.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious double rooms with an area for sitting, comfortable beds and a nice balcony at a very reasonable cost. As a family (2 adults and a 12-year-old child) we booked two rooms which communicate via an internal door (ask in advance for this kind of facility - very good for families with children). We stayed one night on our way to Austria and one night when we returned from our holiday. Parking places are conveniently available near the hotel, charged separately (13 euro). Overall a very functional and comfortable place for short stays like ours.

The hotel has a strict no-smoking policy however, we did notice that our previous guest(s) did smoke in the room. There is a balcony included in this room, and we see its floor was littered with old cigarettes. There's an extra door that (seems to) lead to a room next to us. Luckily it's locked, but it doesn't really provide a sense of privacy/security. Especially since it's easily accessible through the balcony to reach the other room, and vice versa. They advertise that the room has AC, but I highly doubt that's the case. There's an old analog thermostat next to a window with switches and a big dial. We set it to "cool" mode & lowest temp, thinking that's the AC. But we only felt a somewhat 'cool' breeze coming out of the radiator vents, not even cold. Not surprisingly, it wasn't cooling down the room, even after leaving it on for several hours. Poorly designed shower in the bathroom. The water gets spilled all over the floor while taking a shower. And there's no additional gutter to get rid of the excess water. We had to use extra towels to mob the spilled water. An extra shower curtain could've solved this problem. Some other minor things that bothered us; there was no hair dryer and no toilet paper holder. One of the nightstand lights next to the bed was defective as well.

You get a lot of space for the money. There's even a small corner with a couch and a small table where you can relax or do some work. The beds were also comfy. The whole place seems like it used to be an old apartment but then renovated into a hotel. Got a complimentary mineral water bottle for free after checking in, which was a welcome surprise. Very large TV, the biggest one we've encountered so far in a hotel. And it also comes with a complete range of TV channels in different languages with very good signal & quality. A plethora of wall outlets, I think I counted more than 10? So no need to worry about who gets to charge their phone/tablet/laptop first :) Free parking across the hotel (on the public road). But you have to be lucky to find a spot, as it was fairly full during our stay.
