room is ok but you can see it is getting out dated some of the couches have stains and wear and tear unfortunately found 1 long women hair in the bed, but his good happen i guess from the ady who makes up the bed

Maybe just a little thing but the shower head mount was defect. Also the Sauna wasn’t always on and one evening there were towels and lots of garbage in the wellness area. Seems like there were people who had a party there and didn’t clean up after themselves. This was a bit unfortunate.

I liked the neat appearance the room had when I entered. The bathroom is also an eye-catcher with the modern wall tiles and the big mirror.

Too expensive compared to the level of service and facilities.. No telephone in the room in case you would like to ask for any services, you should leave the room and go to the reception.. GYM is not that good

The whole lobby smelled like a old toilet. The room was not clean. Overall the impression was that the facility isn’t staffed correctly to keep the standards.

Check in was slow - 2 members of staff on desk checking people in another just sat a her computer ignoring everyone, don't know the task she was performing but as one of her colleagues was struggling to find a booking it took quite some time to resolve - SHE COULD HAVE HELPED OUT - very poor Restaurant not open in the evenings - breakfast was ok but not 4 star quality, very dimly lit felt dingy. The Bar not open at all due to no staff - this is not acceptable at all after travelling you want to just unpack and relax with a nice drink - no tea and coffee making facilities in room - free mini bar is a nice touch but ours didn't chill the drinks so warm water or coke are not my thing, we had to go out for food as restaurant not open at night -

I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. I thought how bad it could be because all the hotels were full because of the fair, but it is the worst hotel in the world!!! Don't even give 10 euros. Although the weather is -7, the air conditioner in the rooms is very very old and does not work, I was cold all night. Cars and toilets are very dirty. We bought breakfast included, but when we got to the breakfast that ended at 10 am at 9.30 am, they said that there was nothing left, they said if you had come down early and they were not interested at all. Although we paid at the hotel, we could not have breakfast like a joke. The worst thing was that there was 1 water in the room, we drank the first day, the second day we went down to the lobby to ask for water and a person named thomas of Iraqi origin threatened and insulted us. We could not believe what we heard and what we experienced. In addition, the person standing in the lobby, who said his name was Thomas, said that if I raised my voice too much, the police would open a record as dangerous, etc. Do not misunderstand, this person is Iraqi and we simply asked for water !!!! I have never felt so insecure in a European country in my life, the score is 7.4 but it will soon drop below 1. If you come to Hannover, do not come here. If you come by mistake you will understand what I am saying.

There were so many issues with this booking from the beginning: the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, the heating was not working in the room and when we asked if this could be resolved, we were told there’s not enough staff to help. I was with my 70 year old father who was struggling with the cold. We were charged more than what it was advertised as on booking.com. When I explained this and that it was not fair, he said he cannot charge what was advertised. By this point, it was late into the night and we could not travel out any further. So we had no choice but to pay more for an I heated room which had damaged walls!

I was traveling with a big group for an event here & we were staying around 30-40 people at the hotel, because I recommended it, but I met the most rude lady at the reception sunday (10. Dec) night at 22.30 - so will definetely not recommend or come back again here. I wanted to see if I could stay in the same room on sunday morning, so I went to the reception at 11.30 to pay for one more night & I paid and was told I could just stay in the same room. Then sunday night my room card wasn’t working and I went down to get it fixed - the rude lady then said I should have come again at 15 to check in, which I said I didnt know and were not told, But she had a really weird/rude attitude and said that its my fault and ofc I should have known that by myself - and even said maybe I had been speaking to a cleaning lady??? 😂 I really dont understand how that is my fault and it’s very consescending also to say I was maybe speaking to the cleaning lady especially with her attitude, when I very clearly told her it was a receptionist who I was speaking to Me and my team won’t come back here for sure, which is a shame since we do a lot of really big events here and would have booked a ton of rooms

I liked the price a lot and it was very clean.
