You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

DenmarkTo be honest, it seemed very busy time, but every corner in the room was dirty (shelves, ground, light switches, etc.). Even the remote control was sticky and oily form something. Fridge had free drinks (1x beer; 2x water, cola), but fridge was not working and smelled really bad. I have no idea how this hotel has 4 stars.
Location is good. Private and secure parking. Overall the hotel seems new.

GermanyChecking in was an absolute disaster. It took me 30'. Ridiculous. The Breakfast area was also understaffed resulting in empty plates/lack of glasses etc. This was definitely the staff's fault. They did their best. There were simply too few.

GermanyThere isn't actually anything that was bad.
I love the style of the hotel, the fantastic location (you can be within minutes at the lake) and there are some grocery shops, bakeries and bars available in walking distance. The best thing is that this hotel allows dogs and even accommodates me with a suitable quiet room so my dog can relax. Amazingly the room staff prepared an eating area for my dog in the room.

Franceoutrageously poor reception, the poor young receptionist(s) was/were (later on 2 receptionists) totally overwhelmed with the arrival of various travellers arriving at the same time... We had to wait 2,5 hours, a good part of it in front of the hotel entrance door before being able to proceed to the reception desk for the check-in formalities, which were also very bureaucratic, although it wasn't the first time to stay in the Dormero and my date surely were on record. Never seen this in 30 years of intensive international business travel, neither during previous stay(s) in the Dormero Hannover.... This one was totally unacceptable.

NetherlandsIt's the ideal hotel to stay few days as a couple. The hotel has also a wellness center and a gym (but we didn't visit it. Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice and modern looking furniture. All the usual amenities were of great quality, and the mini bar drinks were for free. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Location is perfect: not too much in the centre of Hannover, bit right next to the metro station. Quite and safe area around the hotel, with good restaurants close by and shops.

The stuff which used to be there at the hotel in earlier stays years ago (like hand cream and stuff) is not there anymore

I was a little worried as the room I had on my previous stay had air conditioning which didn't turn off completely, but this room was fine. The free drinks from the bar was a nice touch, offsetting the slightly high prices for breakfast and car parking.

Dominican RepublicThey didn’t have sleepers or a bathrobe. The walls in the hallway are dirty. The receptionist never answers the phone. If you don’t have an umbrella and it rains get ready to get wet all the way to parking lot because there is no direct access from hotel to the parking lot.

Linens were not clean as well, and no room service was available in the evening when we arrived, so I had to go to the reception for the linens and change the dirty linens myself. had to stay only one night instead of 2.

Location is excellent, near U-Bahn station (2 min), 2 stations from center city. There is a bakery nearby also that you can choose from, Rewe and some great restaurants. The room was clean and quiet, as we requested, thank you for that.
