Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing.
Lovely, peaceful location. Very good for families, with games on site, lots of space to be outside and a short walk to the beach. Supermarket very close by was great. The onsite Kliff17 restaurant was lovely and the staff so friendly and helpful and also at reception.

RussiaI was surprised with a few of the smallest things. 1. No salt in the kitchen. There is pepper, and salt. And the employee didn't give us salt. They recommend that we go to the store and buy it - it's just a few minutes by car. We were on foots, so we paid 1 euro for salt to cook the meat. 2. No soap in the bathroom. 3. No napkins on the kitchen. Everything else were perfect, but this tiny things amazed me.
It's a very comfortable 2-level apartment in a nice place.

GermanyThe closest shore is not sandy but rather a pebble beach, that we were not aware of. So, people should be prepared with shoes and stuff.
We liked the property very much, it was part of a "Ferienhaus Park" with lots of facilities, such as a restaurant offering delicious breakfast, brunch or dinner. Suitable for families with kids as there was a playground just next to the restaurant and kids also could meet and play in the middle "yard". The sea was a five 10 minute walk from the house. Everything was clean, comfortable; staff is friendly and welcoming.

OmanAs we didn't have a car, we had to rely on restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The only restaurant on site, Kliff 17, is only open for breakfast from Sunday to Tuesday. Although they close officially at 4 pm on Sundays, the staff told us and other guests at 3 pm that they really only served us out of courtesy and the menu was severely limited to some drinks and ice-cream scoops. The reception is only open until 5 pm, the small convenience store closes at midday. There's one, admittedly nice, Italian restaurant that serves food until 10 pm. There's not even a vending machine for drinks and snacks so you'd better be well organized with your provisions. The beach is very small and crowded and while soft and sandy towards the corniche wall, the front where you'd actually want to bath, splash around with your kids or walk along the beach, it's very stony and full of algae, really unpleasant and our kids weren't able to bath there really.
We loved the holiday park and the friendliness of the staff. The house was spacious and comfortable with all amenities needed and prepared to welcome us. Especially the small terrace with Strandkorb was lovely for breakfast. The playground is nice and located centrally, kids could also rent basketball and table tennis equipment and there's a Minigolf court.

GermanyThe fact that the restaurant on site closed the kitchen already from 20:00 hours and you were about to find this in the moment you wanted to order plus childish reasons like the chef being ill. Old electric appliances in the house from the year 90s. Poor lightning. Inflexible management of the access cards in the lack of reception, check-in available starting with 16:00 hours. Arriving after 17:00 hours will leave you with the car in the main parking lot and had to carry all the luggage to the house. Lucky ours was not so far away. Caution 20 Eur for the Grill Grid No indication how the golf course could have been used. Practically forbidden rules everywhere but nothing made easy for the well being of the people accommodated in the location.
The park, the cleanliness found in the house, the family friendly ambient. The forest next to the location; playground, football, basket, volley fields available. BBQ dedicated space. The reception personnel was courteous and pleasant to communicate with.
