Vegetarian Brekfast cold be better! The options were limited and mostly out! Also the juces options were very limited! The bread options could better with local Bacery sources. The Airconditioning felt laud in the night!

Location was good, Facilities were good. Staff was very helpfu. Room was very good inspite my booking was shifted from other Plaza hotel. Staff took care of our requrements.

There is no elevator, so if you have heavy bags that can be a bit of a problem.

The room was very big, the beds were comfortable and we had a nice view. Breakfast was good, specially the coffee. You will need to drop the car in one of the parking lots and walk to the hotel. Most of the streets are cobbled, so bear that in mind when you choose your parking spot. There where a lot of restaurants and the main street close by.

The advertised '10 minutes walk from the lake' was actually a 20 minute brisk walk or 30 minute stroll (but the buses do stop withiin a couple of minutes from the hotel). Unfortunately most of the local restaurants etc are by the lake which is why we ate at the hotel. The 'private parking' was protected by a barrier only and the parking bays were pretty small - you're probably better off finding a spot just outside the parking lot & saving yourself money!

Great staff at reception and in the restaurant (although there weren't enough of them). Room and bathroom were fairly large and very clean. Food in restaurant was good and value for money. We were upgraded to a 'comfort ' room with a balcony, which was nice.

A bit far from the city - several stops by bus or one by train; any restaurant is far away (but may be worth the walk). Room is somewhat narrow.

All facilities are in order. Wifi in stable. View from the balcony over Bodensee is amazing

What I didn’t like was that mold had started to appear on the bathroom tiles, even though the room itself was clean. The air conditioner only worked in fan mode – switching to cooling made no difference at all. Also, check-in is at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM, which seems a bit unfair. It’s unclear why the hotel has “4 stars” in its name – it definitely doesn’t match that level.

I really liked the location of the hotel – it’s close to bus stops, a supermarket, and the beach. The rooms are decent, with new furniture and clean bed linen.

I am a South African living in Germany, so my response is based on experiences of 4-star hotels back home. The mattresses are a little soft, and the beds kept splitting apart. We had 2 single beds but it needed a mattress topper to adequately join them. In the morning, there was bright light coming in at the sides of the curtain. Sunrise is very early. Perhaps it needs to be secured so that light can't trickle in and disturb your sleep, particularly since the bed is directly in line with the one wall. Some of the staff at the breakfast room were abrupt and responses seemed rude. Front desk staff were all however polite.

Our room had a view of the lake. Tastefully decorated and minimalistic. Complimentary water was good after we arrived.. Bar fridge to cool things is available in the room. We were offered transport tickets to use the bus or train.

Check-in was a pain taking 30 minutes. Disappointed, given the location, the bar and restaurant were closed in the evening.

The staff should be more careful with their coffee cups when taking them out of the dishwasher. It took me six cups to find a clean one.

It would be nice if customers could make their own bacon, I noticed that it had been cooked for several days, so it's not healthy. Otherwise it was good, lots of variety for breakfast.

The stay was pleasant. There was plenty of parking, I paid for a spot. The staff's attention was good. We really liked the room, it was very big and had a private terrace.

The outside of the hotel is stuck in the 80s, including some broken lights. It says restaurant, but that closed. It all feels a bit strange and unsafe. Mug in the room wasn't clean. Quite some road noise from the windows.

At first sight, the room was quite clean and spacious. Good bed. Not too expensive. It's a modern hotel after you have entered the room floors.
