Sound insulation in the walls or door was poor. There was noise coming from other rooms.

I missed a welcome coffee. The room does not have a kettle, but it is not necessary to have one in the room. On each floor there is a hot water dispenser (nice idea), not boiling but enough for a tea. Why not add a few coffee bags on each floor next to the tea bags?

The play of lights in the room! I'll explain. The multifunction hanging picture/photo is really very original and useful. I like to have a lower light for the evening a nice daylight and also a light that makes it easier for me to read. There is everything in this room. Very helpful. The illuminated picture is very pleasant to look at. The furnishings are spectacular, minimal and refined.

The bad side was that we found a forgotten box of olives in our rooms refrigerator, I guess from the previous renter. We also found a spider crawling in the bathroom ceiling over the shower

Overall it was a really nice place, the location was perfect and the room had plenty of space, with its own living room a really nice bathroom. The people that worked there were friendly and willing to help you anytime

Expensive

Comfortable room, option to open the windows for fresh air, well working heating system, hot water in shower, towels were changed each day (!!), luggage storage available on the day we checked out, flexible check (we arrive at 1am off a delayed flight), very central on the east side (we walked everywhere except getting the U Bahn to the east side when clubbing)

Beds are not the comfiest, they could do with better pillows.

Brilliant location, quiet at night considering. Staff were extremely polite and obliging. Incredibly good shower in the room! Really liked the water and snack stations on the first floor!

The only thing is that the shower head wasn't fixed properly so it was difficult to shower as most of the water inadvertently hit the wall and not my body. Rest was very good!

We didn't eat breakfast as felt it was a little expensive and the other restaurant was sushi which is not for me. Had it been a general restaurant we would of used.

Excellent service on reception - helpful staff, we arrived earlier and was able to lock the cases away and go out exploring. We had a large room with comfortable bed, large shower, water ws hot. Location is great and easy to walk to sites and restaurants nearby were good.

The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of a phone in the room should you need to contact Reception.

Our room was at the back of the hotel and surrounded by residential flats. Everything was so quiet as there was no vehicle access. Windows were "tilt and turn" variety so we could get fresh air, and there were blackout curtains too. The breakfast buffet had a very wide variety of foods and drinks and a policy of "eat as much as you like - but don't take more than you need and waste it". Excellent!

No tea or coffee making facility in the room. There was a drinks station in the coriander but only had herbal tea when we were there.

Hotel was in a good location for exploring Berlin by foot. Some nice restaurants and bars close by. The on-site restaurant was extremely good and great value.

The rooms walls were really dirty covered in marks and holes. Wouldn’t say that the room was worth the money.

I liked the area of the property. Water stations were really helpful near the room and the bar staff in particular was really nice.
