The only thing to complain is that some rooms face street side and can be disturbed by tram rail sound. But if you are tired, that should not be an issue ))))

We stayed for a night, the room was big and clean. The view was good as well. The location is also good as you can visit downtown in 8-10 minutes by walk. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed with the furniture of the room, other than the bed and the big mirror. There was only one plastic chair (it was a double room) and one single shelf for clothing, not even enough for just one person. For one night it was fine but for a longer stay not at all... There was free water in the room, which is great - unfortunately no tea kettle. Only downsides.

Location was great for travellers. They say it's 3 minutes to the station but it seemed way less. Very friendly staff! The room was way bigger than expected, proper light-blocking curtains, big comfy bed, extra pillows, covers and towels in the room - big plus. Breakfast was also quite good, very good coffee, but lacking in the bread and baked goods department.

These are very minor - lift is very slow and wifi was not the best (maybe both because I was up on the 5th floor?)

The only thing is since it is very close to rail and tram tracks, sometimes it can be noisy. But apart from that most of the things were commendable

The location is awesome. Just 3 mins walk from the railway station. The breakfast was also very good. The staff was very hospitable, cooperative, and warm. I would really recommend it to family or group of friends travelling together.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was not good. There was hair in the shower, crumbs on the table, and the walls of the room had stains. But happily the bed looked clean.

The breakfast was excellent. The coffee was good too, thank you. The room was quiet upon prior request.

Very friendly and helpfull staff(!), big clean room with all the necessary amenities, private parking around the corner. Few minutes walk from Hauptbahnhof and city centre. Tram stops nearby. Nice bar/lobby downstairs.

Facing to the tram routes, every a few minutes teams go by and very noisy and annoying from early morning to late at night. Without air-conditioning, I will not stay here for summer time. The bedding is old and the comfort level was bad. Nice staff, but not to be efficient that I had to wait to get the receipt until checking out when I hurry to catch train. The final price was different from the Booking.com reserved price. I did not have time to discuss it as the receipt was issued at the last minute when I was in hurry.

Location was central close to the train station but didnt feel very safe. A bit expensive for what it offers.

Staff greeted me in german and communication was not great :/ Breakfast was okay. Nothing spectacular. The room was nice nice but again nothing spectacular considering the almost 100 euros per night price.

I would suggest a general cleaning of the toilet bowl (your stuff has to take attention to cleaning under the bowl rim so there won’t be a bad smell in the whole room). It provides unnecessary bad experiences of the stay. In the summertime it’s really challenging to sleep in the top floors due to the lack of the air conditioning

The location very close to the main railway station is extremely good. Nice breakfast choices and atmosphere (we were lucky to have a table in the terrace/winter garden). Bottled water in the room was a pleasant move.

Large room and large comfy bed. Close to the train station and city centre. Friendly staff and reception. Have free use of the co-working space which was perfect for me as a traveling remote worker.

There is some noise from the trains - which is to be expected.
