Regarding sleep quality, I observed areas for enhancement. The mattress firmness and pillow softness presented challenges to optimal rest. Offering a selection of pillow options and improving mattress comfort would significantly improve the guest experience. Although housekeeping services were provided daily, the bed linens did not meet expectations of freshness, and I experienced some skin irritation. Enhanced attention to linen hygiene would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The hotel's prime location is a significant asset, complemented by the staff's exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. The breakfast service was outstanding, earning a perfect score for its delicious offerings and extensive variety. While an initial room assignment presented an issue with the air conditioning, the staff promptly resolved the matter by facilitating a room change without delay. In conclusion, the stay was highly enjoyable, and I confidently recommend this hotel.

Impossible to get a baby bed at 7pm, eventhough it was specified that I was travelling with an infant. Apparently I should have specifically asked for it at booking time.

They run out of stuff even before the breakfast time was eneded. I asked the staff for a Waffle like 5min before the time of breakfast ended and they told me is not possible anymore. They dont put cuttlery on the table. Each person needs to go and pick it up from a wooden box that is not easy to find.

The hotel is quite nice located in a busy area. I found the underground parking quite expensive but undortunately the area doenst look much safe to park in the street. The breakfast was quite amazing.

We were informed by the reception during the checkin that there were dinner services in the hotel restaurant. But, it turned out that the restaurant had already been closed for some time. There is only breakfast services.

The hotel is located in the dirtiest and maybe the worst area of the city.

The room was big enough for two people, the bed was very comfortable..The towels were charged every day. The breakfast room was nice, there was a warm buffet every morning and a machine for coffee and hot drinks. Next door there is Rewe to Go supermarket with a hot counter and salad bar.

Around the hotel were the drug people lying on the street and using a drugs. Was like a zoombie. Other street was full of strip bars. Very dangerous area. Even the police confirm us that is the worst part od the town.

It’s not a reflection on the hotel but the surrounding area between the hotel and train station are some rough streets. They are for adult entertainment and were full of people working the nights and using certain substances. We chose to walk the long way around to the train station to avoid crossing paths with these folk. They did not interact with us but were unpleasant to witness, especially with our children.

The property was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. We had an adjoining room with our two children which was very convenient. Our booking included breakfast which offered a large variety of food and we enjoyed this each morning. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant one night and it was tasty with a friendly waiter. It was a short walk from the train station which was the primary reason we chose this hotel.
