The staff is always polite and friendly. There were times the parking areas were full and the staff moved their own vehicles so I would have a parking space.

The room we stayed in was a bit odd…it had a little kitchen but no utensils at all. I used it as an extra sink because the bathroom was small. However, my sister was in another room that was very nice. Probably depends on what you spend.

The ventilation of the room would have been a little bit better and I would recommend a different type of mattress cover instead of that nylon.

Very friendly staff, great location, big parking spaces. The room was modern and spacious enough and well equipped. The breakfast was also gorgeous.

Great location in downtown Parsberg. the rooms are very nice and clean. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant with excellent food. Very convenient for people staying. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

If staying in a suite in Stammhaus (atleast for the suite I was in) and are over 6'2" be mindful of walking in/out of the bedroom as you can bump your head on the door frame to the bedroom.

This has become my place of choice to stay when in this area. The location is perfect with easy access to dining, grocery shopping, and small local shops. The hotel staff is always friendly and remembered me from my previous stay 3 months earlier. Always feel welcomed at this hotel.

Depending on what building you are staying in (there are 4 different buildings that are a part of the property) vehicle noise from the street could be an issue for some but it is not terrible

In a convenient location with an assortment of fantastic restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, and local shopping all within minutes walking distance to the Hotel for almost all needs

This is definitely the best hotel in area. If you are planning to stay in vicinity of Parsberg - this is the best option! I have stayed in Parsberg 5 times, three of them in the Hirschen hotel. And will definitely choose next time as well because of unbelievable great breakfast, stunningly kind and helpful staff and modern interior as well. Not talking even about spa area...

Everything was great!

The bathroom was a tiny, and therefore was an issued with finding space for my personal items, but that is not that big a deal when staying just a couple of days.

The room / bathroom felt like home, in that it was as clean as my house, which is usually the most important for me when I travel for business, although the bathroom felt tiny.
