Didn’t get a key to the locker which was a lock by key only cupboard in the room so couldn’t secure property. There were high/drunk people slumped over on the doorstep, and no staff were ever in the property. One of the beds in my room was empty but dirty (didn’t get remade) the 2 nights I was there. The toilets kept running out of paper so you had to take from other bathrooms. All the chairs were up on the kitchen tables the entire time I was there. Fridge full of mouldy food.

The beds had a corner each and a wall in the middle separating the beds so felt fairly private. Great beer and burger bar across the road with quirky decor and friendly staff.

Kitchen window was open all the time, so this area was always chilly. Last couple of days the KFC store beneath made reinovation, so throughout the day the drilling noise took place.

Hot showers, refrigerator, separate toilets etc. Good news is - a manager will listen to your claims after 5-6 tries. Just be consistent :)

Reception is not available most of the time, and they didn't answer my messages asking about dropping my stuff before check in time, I had to ask one of my local friends to call and they said that I could only get there at 11. They could provide a code to get in or somethin like that, at least to drop the big luggage in case of early arrival, Also, they do not provide luggage storage after check out.

Beds are comfortable, clean toilets with good showers. Location is good, easy to move to the center with public transportation. They have a quite big kitchen too.

Overall not very clean and some broken appliances like lamps. No kitchenware for the kitchenette. The common shared kitchen only had one usable pot and pan for all people to share. Never saw anyone who worked there to ask them about stuff.

Very nice location, convinently close to public transport and shops. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Also the kitchenette in the room included a private fridge and freezer unit.

The room has a kitchenette, but no dishes, glasses and other stuff provided, you should use ones from the public kitchen. The location, it's close to the station, but the neighborhood doesn't seem friendly and safe.

The kitchen is big but minimal. No way to make a coffee, they ask you to add Tags on food you put into the fridge but there are nor paper nor pens to do it. The reception is not 24/24 Sometimes soap was missing in the Common toilet

The Wi-Fi connection was weak. The room itself was too warm. I noticed an airduct, but it seemed the AC was turned off with no way to turn it on.

Enough beds for 4 people. The shower was nice.

Wifi didn’t work well. We had slight difficulties to get into the house because I could not see the message with the code for the key card. And it is silly to have and advertise the small kitchen if there aren’t ANY utensils. Not even a glass or cup to drink some water. Useless.

Great value for the price. Very clean. Close to tram, train and supermarket.

It was very difficult to find the entrance as the hotel is situated in the inner yard and there is no proper sign indicating that this is the hotel entrance. We spent around ten minutes figuring out where the entrance is and then we met another person who also couldn't find the entrance: his code didn't work and there was no receptionist to resolve the problem. The problem with the parking: the hotel didn't reserve parking slots for its own clients and there was limited street parking. The smell of trash on the stairs was unbearable. The room was very tiny.

Check-in and check-out were automatic. Wi-FI worked very well, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and room were clean. There was a common kitchen with cutleries, plates, cups, a fridge, and a kettle.

No one in the reception (but I didn't need their help). Far from the centre of Augsburg but very close to the station Augsburg Oberhausen.

Nothing special but all was ok. Rather clean and quiet. KFC downstairs if you like. I didn't smell it in my room though. An easy contactless system of checking-in and - out.

there is no reception, when you arrive you are forced to call the owner, because the reception staff just doesn't exist. Same, if you have some questions or problems during the day/night, the place is deserted. Could be cause of low season? cannot say since it was my first time there.

The room was very very good, except lockers not having a way to close them.. that could be a huge problem for people staying for a long time or wanting to protect their stuff

The used towels and blankets were collected in a rack, located next to the kitchen entrance, unguarded, piled on, and messy. This looked very unhygienic and uncool. No hostel staffs were around, and no one was at the reception post 4 pm, which is very unlikely and not fine. The key card stopped working around 5 am, during the 2nd day of my stay and I had to spend around an hour outside my room, without any help or assistance.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. Sockets and bed lights near each bed. The bathroom and toilets were clean and well-maintained. The hostel location is on one of the main streets and the entrance to the hostel is a bit confusing. Restaurants and metro stations were nearby.

In the room was a faint smell if cigarettes. Not too much to be a deal breaker, but still noticable. The room as well as the shower room were really cold with no option to heat it. Shower holder was broken (but it looked as if it had happened recently). The doors and windows don't shield off sound too well, but I think I was lucky with my neighbors.

Easy to reach by his and train. Wonderful easy check in. Quite big room with a nice bed and everything was tidy and clean. Also the shared bathroom and toilet were really clean! Amazing value for the money. Also the check out was uncomplicated and fast. Key card system worked like a charm and was implemented in a smart way. There was hot water in the facilities.
